She supported me until the end when I came back at home during my trip in Japan
She supported me with so many advices
And she replied to my mails always very quickly
Sure I will come back for my next trip

Sam is not only knowledgeable when it comes to travel she is super fast and very professional. Sam is also warm and easy to talk to without being condescending in the slightest. I was about to book a slightly cheaper option but decided to go back to Sam because I trust her and her service is top class.

Iris was great arranging a trip to Australia with stopover in Singapore. All the information I needed was provided and Iris was very responsive with any questions.

Sacha has been absolutely amazing with finding me the best flight options and sorting multiple date changes and checking availability for me on different days. She was fantastic at sorting my itinerary changes at short notice when I needed. Friendly approachable customer service. We adjusted return flight and added 2 extra nights as this worked out well for more time (which was needed) in Palermo and a much cheaper return BA flight back to UK. Tour was fantastic! Samantha was a gem from start to finish. She listened to our requirements and came back with sound advice and even an alternative which we hadn't even thought about and saved us nearly £1500 in the process and going through a country we have not visited. Confirmation of itinerary and tickets came back within forty-eight hours. Looking forward to Christmas and the New Year in Australia with the kids!

She took away the angst from finding the most suitable flights and our method of payment. She turned what could have been a complicated process into pure ease.
