Mel has always been very helpful and responsive to all my needs, and take it from me I have had some tricky and logistically difficult requests/trips.
Well done! 5 star.

Cannot recommend this team highly enough. Rang on boxing day, got directly through to Mel, who has sorted flights for us and our neighbours in the past. She gave us all options and found exactly what we needed (we had spent hours prior to this looking online). Although I live in Wales, i would not look to anyone apart from Mel and her team to sort complex flights for me, friends and family.

Hannah was patient and persistent. The Carrier changed times twice an Hannah came up with options and solutions to solve the problem.
Alway cheerful.

Amy Burns took account of everything we stated about our planned trip to the USA. She came up with a list of costed options so we could decide within our group. We chose the flights which matched our requirements and felt we had been given excellent prices. Amy booked the return flights for us with professional care and kept us informed throughout. Well done Amy and Flight Centre.

I recently had to cancel a flight for my son, I wasn’t happy about the amount they were going to refund me. I phoned the Flight Centre again and spoke to Hannah Thorogood who was so helpful and professional. She said she would look into it, phoned me back and emailed me the results. I was very happy to learn that the amount I will be receiving has gone up considerably. Well done Hannah and many thanks !

Reece was very helpful when organising my flight to Tokyo.
I had a problem with my case on the journey out, but all was sorted on my return journey.

Amys help and knowledge of the counties I was visiting made booking my holiday so much easier.

We have booked our Far Eastern holiday with 2 consecutive years with Amy Burns with no problems.
Amy is a very professional, helpful and friendly travel consultant. She always checked our flights few days before we travel to make sure everything is in place. She organised wheel chair assistance when we mentioned walking problems,which were waiting at every airport.

Amy had worked out the entire itinery to get me to Aberdeen and back and it worked faultlessly. Door to door. Brilliant.

Hannah was so amazing and helpful, very responsive and got me such a great deal! She was so kind and I felt that I was properly taken care of.

I have to give my experience with Holly from the Flight Centre a 5/5. I gave her quite a difficult job of finding flights for multiple centres, with specific airlines and a particular room at a hotel. I must say that Holly dealt with my many phone calls with extreme patience and professionalism. She even researched into particular room types at the hotel and ensured all my flights were great times. I cannot thank Holly enough and would highly recommend her to anyone needing a complicated itinerary thoroughly researched. Many thanks Davina

Amy Burns was extremely helpful throughout the process of booking flights, hotels and rental cars and made sure all our needs were met. Two weeks prior to departure she sent an email with a checklist of essentials to make sure the trip went as planned.

I walked in and was greeted by a lovely smile and a willingness to help. Sophie was great at listening to what I wanted from my trip and helped me to put together the holiday I wanted. She gave great information and advice. This is how I will book all my holidays from now on
