First time using flight centre and what an amazing service they have given. Hannah at Rotherham branch was very patient and very knowledgeable and couldn’t do enough for me (Evan after a calling a few days later to change my plans🥴 she was so professional and did a fantastic job. Will definitely use flight centre again and again. A BIG THANKYOU TO HANNAH 👏 AUSTRALIA HERE I COME

Amy has been absolutely amazing in dealing my my flights. The airlines really messed us around but she was on the ball throughout.

I had a great experience with Flight Centre Romford. my consultant was Amy Burns. Amy got a good deal for with British airways to Abuja, Nigeria. She was really knowledgeable, friendly with good listening skills. Amy had to make sure that the entry requirements for Nigeria were understood by me. She sorted out my seat allocations for both trips having been made aware of my history with DVT. All these arrangements gave me the peace of mind. Thank you Amy and keep smiling!

Hannah Thorogood was extremely helpful in making sure we had the best holiday in Vietnam. She was very patient when we asked her questions and requested changes to the itinerary. Everything went smoothly and we never felt worried about how we travelled between locations. The hotels were of a high standard and perfectly placed for us.

We had never used Flight Centre before and spoke to a few different folks as we put our schedule together and everyone we spoke to was interested, efficient and cheerful. Melanie Hill in Romford was also throughly patient with last minute changes and found us fantastic flights at an unbelievable price. She even took care of an extra detail for us on her day off working out of office - seriously above and beyond. We cannot recommend her highly enough - and will certainly be back to benefit from her advice and experience again. 10/10 🔥
