Good sara a good support wonderful experience

I never expected that they were so good when I first used them. They supported my trip in and out making it easier and convenient for me.

Am not pleased with this service at all. I was coerced into buying a fully refundable flight tickets by one of their representative. A second buy from her and a week after I had personal emergencies and needed to cancel my trip. Have practically been begging since then for a refund of my hard earned money even when on chat I screenshot where she said if I decide to cancel ticket would be fully refunded! Now am being treated like a beggar, asking for a refund and the worse part is my refund is being paid in bits monthly when I paid fully. I will advise against this and I hope I get my full refunds back. Now, no one is responding to me and dodging my calls… Not a good experience for me at all!

I really appreciate the team of flights pedia Miss Angela Dowson was my agent. She truly cares what you need,and she went above and beyond to make sure that,everything is perfect and in order. Highly recommended!

I have had the pleasure of using Travel Pedia UK several times and on the last two occasions i have had the services of Jacob to book my flights and assist with our needs. Be careful with them, they are not what people thought they were now. I paid for my under age son accompanied money after paying for the flight ticket but they didn’t pay for the accompanying money. My son get to the airport and Ethiopian airlines refused my son of boarding the flight and I have to pay double of accompanying minor to the airline on that same day but the could not travel on that day because a lot of pepper need to be put in place in which the flight pedia didn’t do. They refused to refund me of the accompanying money and also scammed me. Please everyone be vigilant

It was a great challenge for me getting my children to travel alone for the first time from Ghana to the UK but flight pedia came to my rescue. Thanks so much Angela Dowson for your amazing and excellent customer service. Your feedback and follow up were just timely. My kids really enjoyed the unaccompanied service and want me to always let them travel using that service. Wanted to book affordable unaccompanied minor flight tickets from Zimbabwe to Uk for my two minor children and actually had a nightmare trying to find one. All this was made simple when i approached Flights pedia. It actually looked unreal when i was given options. Was made to pay a deposit which to be honest i wasn't sure whether i was dealing with the right team or not. I was later proved wrong and everything went so well and my kids arrived yesterday the 26th of January at Heathrow. Thank you so much for the honesty and keep up the professional work.

Last year, Edwin got me British Airways tickets for Ghana, he was knowledgeable, and always polite, and kept my WhatsApp , so this year I contacted him and bought 2 tickets to Ghana again
