Thanks for your review. We understand it was frustrating to receive glue that had spilled during delivery, which was the only item affected. As you mentioned, the flooring was undamaged and could be cleaned. A refund was issued for the glue, and with the product now resolved, there’s nothing further we’re able to offer.

Thanks for your review. The delivery charge shown at checkout is based on standard mainland rates, but certain central London postcodes, including SW6, do carry additional courier costs due to access restrictions and higher service charges. These details are noted in our delivery information.

Refunds are processed as quickly as possible on our end, though sometimes payment may take up to 14 days to return the funds. We understand this isn't ideal and appreciate your feedback, which helps us continue improving our service.
