Hi Toby,
Our apologies for any inconvenience this has caused.
We we're made aware you entered the wrong address into your online order, made Thursday PM, on Sunday afternoon. This is after it had left us Friday morning.
Unfortunately, the delivery had been made by 9am Monday before our courier had time to relay your message once we were in the office.
We're glad that the new delivery address was reached that same day, please don't let this reflect on our efforts to help provide the best experience possible in the future.
Feel free to call 01518081417 or email us on info@floorscan.co.uk to help remedy this.
Kind Regards,
Reiley.

Will use again for sure!
Dropped in to collect on line order and ask a few questions re: sound deadening for a van. Helpful staff showed me around warehouse and offered some advice. I left after buying more materials and will be back for more. Handy company to have on the doorstep. Will use again.

Thanks for reveiw Dan was great meeting to discuss some soundproofing options for your Van Conversion! Good luck with the project hope to hear from you again soon
Not very transparent pricing
Not very transparent pricing, went on the website and wanted to order soundbloc boards, innitially the price is shown with VAT the when you enter the quantity and go to the basket it shows the cost withou VAT, which I unfortunately Informed my client, she was understanding and agreed to pay the VAT price. Then find out I need to pay another £75 delivery or come and collect it from Liverpool! I was to embarrassed to go back and explain this so ended up losing out. I feel the website needs to update the price when your adjusting the quantity you need, not just in the basket withou VAT.

Hi Ashton,
The price does include VAT on the product page and on our shopping ads. We do wish you called us to help process this before placing your order online if you were feeling unclear.
The shipping is £75 ex VAT as the materials ordered weigh 216 kg, therefore, we use a pallet line service which I can see arrived in good time. Please note we do not make any profit from shipping.
Please call us on 0151 808 1415, or, email info@floorscan.co.uk if you would like to discuss further. We'd be happy to help remedy the situation.
Kind Regards,
Reiley.
