My experience with Flowers Explosion Was horrible. I ordered 24 Black Opal Roses. It asked me the date that I needed the roses by and they sent the roses two days earlier which wasnât my actual address because I was sending them to a hotel as a birthday surprise. Once I opened the box the flowers only had 12 in it when I paid for 24. I emailed and asked for the 24 to be sent to my address. I didnât specifically say which roses I needed but common sense would tell you to send the same roses back with 24. They sent the wrong roses and I asked for a refund and management stated there would be no refund due to me not stating I wanted to same roses. This was a horrible experience DONâT ORDER FROM THEM.

Ordered roses for valentines day. Shipped 5 days ahead of valentines day from Ecuador to PA. Arrived at 9:25AM on valentines day dried out and with brown tips. Immediately cut and placed them in water with the packets they were shipped with. Gave them to my wife who was appreciative and said not to worry about it. I was upset by how they looked and assumed she was being nice. I found her that evening cutting them again and throwing out the worst off ones. Embarresed, I tried calling flower explosion, number went to voicemail. Left a voicemail. Sent an email as well as the voicemail cutoff part way through. Following day I get an email saying that the roses were delivered and that if there was a problem, it was because I needed to unpack them immediately, cut them, and put them in water with the packets. Well good news "support" team, that's what I did, here are some time stamped pictures I took at 9:34AM showing just that. Glad I work from home, so they don't have that excuse to use on me... To which they replied, those flowers look fine and reiterated that I needed to cut and put them in a vase with the packets (ignoring that I'd already told them that I did that). Fine. No more argument from me. You think wilted, brown tipped flowers look good? You want to try to blame the customer for a delay in unpacking when the product shipped for 4 days? Sure the 9 minutes from the moment it left my doorstep to when I put it in the vase is when the issue happened. Never again will I order from these guys. Never had a problem with any other online flower shop.
False advertising
I ordered my flowers. I got them today and Iâm so disappointed they were supposed to manjar And theyâre just pink painted on just the three outer petals ð¡ Mostly disappointed , this is definitely false advertisement I get that only certain flowers grow all the time so if you donât have them available, why would you list them on the site?
Iâm mostly mad because I do flower preservation and I was really hoping to use you guys in the future and I donât know what to do because I donât need pink flowers. Thatâs why I didnât buy pink flowers but I canât press this with the paint that you guys put on because itâll just melt.
I wish it would let me add photos, but they painted the outside petals oranges because it was supposed to be a fall brown color - the roses are pink they didnât even paint more than one layer so itâs just the guard petals that are painted- which are the ones that are beat up that you normally peel off and throw away.

I had high hopes for the company. I usually order my flowers from the bouqs, but decided to try this company. Well that was a huge mistake. Most flower companies overnight the flowers so they arrive in excellent condition. This company shipped them 4 days earlier then the date I requested. Which means they have been in FedEx limbo for 4 days...no doubt they will not arrive in excellent condition. And have been trying to get on the website for two days to leave a review and get the number for customer service, but it for some strange reason it is no longer working. Please stay away from this company and if you want beautiful flowers order the from the bouqs.

Donât do it! I ordered 20 dahlias, 9 days before delivery date, then received a call that the dahlias are not healthy and the only replacement was 36 white roses, which btw, cost $15 cheaper. Not worth it, look elsewhere
I ordered 4 dozen roses for a graduation ceremony the first part of May. I requested they be here by May 15th. They shipped on May 12th. When I received the tracking information, I emailed the company and told them the tracking info showed a delivery date of May 18th. The graduation ceremony was May 17th. I received an email back telling me that the info was wrong and that the roses would be here on May 15th. May 15th arrived, and I received an email that morning saying that the roses would not arrive until the 18th, blaming it on Motherâs Day orders, FedEx, etc. I emailed them telling them I was disappointed and that the roses would be for nothing at that point. The roses arrived yesterday (late) and after opening both boxes, we only received 3 of the 4 dozen roses that we ordered. I emailed them today to let them know that and I received an email back today with their customer service all but directly calling me a liar. Based on the number of flowers listed on the box, according to them, I canât possibly have been shorted. So, if you want late flowers and a number less than what you ordered, this is the company to go with. And on top of it all, theyâll tell you youâre a liar.

I reached out to them and sent pics of everything clearly showing that only 24 were sent and they refused to fix the issue and were incredibly rude. Exceeded Expectations
I purchased flowers for the week after Valentine's day because I wanted to get my wife some garden roses. Garden roses are hard to come by in my area and after calling a couple florists, it seemed I was out of luck. I decided to check into wholesale garden roses and found this website to have the most variety at an affordable price. Other sites cater to bulk wholesale where even though you can get garden roses a bit cheaper, you need to buy at least 3 bunches to make a sale. 50-60 roses was overkill for my purposes and not within my budget.
I placed my order for 24 Piano red roses on Monday and somehow they came in from Ecuador by Friday. I selected Friday as the delivery date but did not expect them to come until the next week. Surprisingly though, the roses were delivered on Friday. Four business days from Ecuador to the US was very impressive! I actually called customer service because I was skeptical about the Friday delivery and the agent, named Andrea, called the farm to ensure my shipment made the next flight to try to hit the Friday delivery date.
Once the roses were delivered, I also received a follow-up note by the same agent with a delivery update, well wishes, and instructions. Flowers were great and my wife is still enjoying them almost a week after delivery. They seem like they will last another week given good conditions.
Very impressive customer service and great quality flowers. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Worst customer service ever. No real remorse for their clients. They will let a bride think her flowers are taken care of for months the 4 days before her wedding day they arenât fit to be shipped. They then act as though they will send you other flowers in replace and those will magically get lost. Then the bride is left without one of her main flowers 3 days before her wedding and has to call frantically around town looking for flowers. Your wedding is suppose to happy and relaxing and these people made mine a nightmare. Stay far away.
