Everything went smoothly & they let me add an item on I'd forgotten after I placed order. Arrived next day & I wasn't expecting it so soon, so had to be redelivered next day. 👍

Great helpline
I needed a couple of pressure gauges, adaptors and a self build hose, but not sure what. The helpline (Jess) gave helpful advice. Kit arrived quickly, looks good quality and a good price. I can recommend Flow fit based on this service. Thanks guys.

No follow up phone call
Looking to spend quite a lot of money on a petrol driven hydraulic mobile unit , phoned flowfit for some advice on what would be best for me and explained what I required the unit for. The person who answered the phone seemed almost disinterested in my potential purchase, but said he would pass my phone number to the technical department to call me back that was on 22/01/25 no follow up phone call it is now 28/01/25.
Received my follow up phone call from Adam couldn't have been more helpful ,identified my requirements and put a package together in 1day order placed .What a difference one person came make in my buying experience, well done Adam your company should be proud of your customer commitment 5 stars to you.

No delivery date information
I got sale confirmation, but after 5 days I only receive Flowfit offers and marketing but nothing regarding delivery date of my order.
