Great customer service, so very flexible to our frequent last minute needs, just really accommodating and great quality products, one of our go-to suppliers for most of our branded goods, and even when we're testing new ones!

Delivery is also prompt and we're kept in the loop throughout. Great working with their team to sort out or branded items.

My experience has been a disaster from start to finish.

1. Requesting quotes: the website would throw up an error upon submitting the quote request (which you had to do separately for each product).

2. Pre-quote: Upon submitting the quote requests, I received an email saying my request (singular) is acknowledged and someone will get back to me. I replied to that email saying my quote is for multiple products.

3. Quote (part 1): I received a single quote, for just one product. I replied asking whether my previous email had been received. They said no, fair enough, these things happen, I forwarded it again.

4. Quote (part 2): I received another quote, that now contained 3 products (I had requested 3). Emailed to say that and to ask for a single quote for all 3 products - was told the remaining product is from a different supplier and I'll get a separate quote later. I don't need to know they have various suppliers, I need to have a single quote made available to me. Regardless, I continue on and wait for the final quote.

5. Mockup design: Despite the fact that I had provided detailed instructions on placement, colour etc, I received mockups that seemed made by someone who's never designed advertising material. I had several back and forth, with each correction taking days to come through. In the end, I made my own mockups and sent them over to make things move faster.
Also had to wait longer for the product that was by the "different supplier".

6. Quantity updates: I requested an increase on the number of items for one of the products. The update quote I received was ridiculously high (3 times what I expected), and didn't align with their advertised prices nor with the concept of economies of scale. I queried that and was told the website price doesn't include setup and shipping costs. Had to go back and say that whoever answered never actually took a minute to read my email, and that what they were saying didn't make sense based on the numbers they sent me. Thankfully they came back to confirm it was a mistake, and sent another quote.

7. Communication was frustrating: from receiving emails that were very sort in tone and had no signoff or anything at the bottom making me feel like they're doing me a favour by taking my business and doing it for free, to not reading my very clear design requirements, resulting in huge delays.

Our company swag ended up getting delivered well after the event for which we needed it, so suffice to say we'll be looking for an alternative next time.

The only reason I give this 2 stars instead of 1 is because in the end we did get the items we paid for and they did look as agreed.

Would 100% recommend Fluid Branding. Although we had something go wrong with our order they were very quick to rectify this and sent us out a new, correct order :-) The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The service was speedy
