I started my massage therapy course in October, finishing in November! The instructors, Stuart and Rachel were divinely amazing as they persistently guided and supported my progress and development. Which essentially helped to develop my confidence, knowledge and competence the whole duration of the course. Truly grateful for choosing this program and would highly recommend this to anyone who is serious about develop sound skills and practice.

My teachers have been amazing! Stuart Rachel have been amazing facilitators and guides to me passing my Level 3 sport massage therapy qualification! I’m truly grateful for their wisdom and knowledge truly inspiring, I look forward to taking my Level 4 SMT qualification with them!

The course was very informative, it allowed me to develop my technical knowledge and gain confidence in how to approach clients especially during consultations. When I started this course, I was at one of the lowest points in my life. Just a few weeks before beginning, I was in hospital. I came to Focus Fitness UK feeling broken, unsure, and lost, but now I’m leaving with a renewed sense of purpose and a whole new outlook on life.

This place is so much more than a gym with classrooms—it's become my second home. The people, the environment, and the entire cohort have played such an important role in saving me and helping me rediscover who I am.

Recently finished level 3 sports massage and it was fantastic! It's an intensive 6 week course covering everything you need to become a sports massage therapist.

Aleem is a great tutor. He explains everything in detail and gives plenty opportunities to ask questions to confirm understanding.

Thoroughly recommend for anyone interested in being a sports massage therapist to take this course.

I recently completed the Personal Training course with Focus Fitness, and I am delighted to share my positive experience.
I chose Focus Fitness for its accredited and internationally recognized program. The course effectively combines theoretical knowledge with practical application. The theory component is delivered through online seminars, which allows for unlimited questions and provides access to comprehensive slides and materials that you can revisit as needed. This approach was particularly beneficial for me as it accommodated my busy lifestyle.
One of the standout features of the course is the constant access to gym facilities, which allowed me to apply what I was learning in a practical setting. Additionally, the flexibility of the course schedule and the convenience of online seminars were perfect for managing my work commitments.

Focus fitness is the best school for your fitness qualifications. I had previously done my both level 2 fitness instructing and level 2 personal training here. Now completed GP referral.
All the staff over here are welcoming and very helpful. Michael from sales team was very informative about course and explained everything about course, payment plans and material for course, certificate.
My tutor was Matt brown who made this course very fun and all the other students including me felt comfortable and got all the information necessary. The feedback provided is very helpful.
Also they provide extra help full free of cost outside training hours on 1-2-1 basis. They also help you finding job in a relevant role.
I will comeback again for my future qualifications and recommend anyone who are interested for their fitness career, as the school is more reliable, you get to learn with other students and in person tutor instruction, online paper work submit and a recognised certificate.

I recently completed the level 3 sports massage therapist course and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From the very beginning, the course exceeded my expectations.

The course was incredibly comprehensive, covering everything from anatomy and physiology to advanced massage techniques. The balance of theory and practical sessions was perfect, providing a solid foundation for understanding the body and honing my hands-on skills.

The tutors Stuart, Shane and others were exceptionally knowledgeable and passionate about their subject. Stuart created a supportive and encouraging learning environment where I felt comfortable asking questions and seeking guidance. His expertise was invaluable in helping me develop my massage techniques and build my confidence.

I found this course really interesting. I gained many new skills within such a short time. It was run in a really professional and friendly manner. I feel I learned a lot within 6 weeks although I found a bit challenging due to lots of material covered and time length. Help and support was priceless. I am feeling ready to face my goal and I have confidence to perform massage in a professional and safe way.
