i have made a quote for my car insurance and i got very good and cheap deal with this company.

Throughout the years I have used Forces Insurance I have had cause to contact them on a number of occasions. I have found them to be helpful sometimes beyond expectation. The team without exception appear extremely knowledgeable and honest about the service they offer. Unfortunately I now find myself changing provider due solely to cost. I can get cheaper elsewhere. There is however no doubt I will contact them again when I am due to renew next year.

I have been with Forces Insurance for about 4 years now, they provide competitive rates and a package that is suited to the armed forces and their family. The staff are very helpful on the phone and you don't feel like you have been ripped off when you have put the phone down. Rebecca Kendal thank you for your help year on year. The whole set up process has been easy and quick with anyone I have spoken to being friendly and helpful. The insurance was a full $600 cheaper than the closest competitor with better extras added for free. I would recommend this company to anyone considering BFG car insurance or even just in the UK. After agreeing my insurance, I had to reduce my no claims bonus and customer service were extremely helpful. It was an awkward situation as it was the old insurance companies mistake, yet it was dealt with sensitively and efficiently.

You are very understanding when dealing with serves personals. Meeting our needs as we have different circumstances, serving overseas, you take in to account all of this and more.

From notification of renewal to completion took less than 2 hours and 2 phone calls to complete. This included a reduction in premium and adding my daughter to the policy. When they say they will ring back they do and theirs was the best quote I could get,

I've been with Forces Insurance for over four years now. They're efficient, friendly and respond promptly to any queries. The insurance they provide for me is good quality - in that it comes with things like key cover, Full European and UK breakdown cover and legal expenses. I like the fact that when you call them you get the name of the person who you;re dealing with and that the team is small enough for you to keep dealing with that person. There's no big impersonal call centre and I appreciate that.
