I feel that I am getting a decent service, although I sometimes consider that the advice of non-renewal is sent out a bit too sharply. There do also seem to be times when some discretion could be shown to long-standing customers and allow cover to continue for a week or ten days if it is liable to lapse.
Clearly Forces Insurance is aligned to providing a service to HMF, which I believe it does well, but I am less certain that it continues to provide such a service once the client has returned to civilian life. For example, I am less sure that car insurance quotes are optimised to provide a good comparison with other providers within the UK.

I now have three policies with Forces Insurance and from the first engagement with the company through to the receipt of your documents, the process is very smooth, for a great price. Car Insurance, breakdown cover, key are a legal protection all banged into one price. I have now been with them for nearly five years and would recommend them very highly. Best prices for forces in Germany by a long shot.

From letter to renew to getting all the documents kept informed and felt in control, very efficient service, thank you.

Also competitive as l asked a local broker who couldn't beat your rates.

Policy and breakdown policies emailed to your computer or car showroom is just one of the many benefits. Ease of communication, fast service and absolute value for money. Not the cheapest around but when you assess all the little extras they cannot be beaten for price and service. Low excess, free key replacement and breakdown cover in UK and Europe are other key features. Highly recommended.

I cannot fault the service and value for money Forces Car Insurance has provided me for my latest renewal. They are very competitive and I am more than happy with the policy

I arranged motorbike insurance for being posted abroad (not BFG) All advisors I spoke to were helpful and knowledgeable. When you are moving house you need people to be flexible about calling back in foreign numbers etc - everyone was courteous, flexible and helpful. Thanks

The phone was picked up straight away. I could divide payment over 2 months without penalty. Spoke to a real person, not a script. Competitive premium. No complaints. I will not go back to my previous insurer

The good mood arises when you find the cheapest quote,and stays when all little questions get answered. OK we all know you only find out how good an insurance company are when things go wrong,but I am hoping NOT to.

Excellent, helpful staff. Do however not understand the massive increase in cost due to being based in SHAPE. We are restricted to a few companies and these were the cheapest overall but still 150% higher than when in UK.
