Possibly the best customer service I have ever received! Upon ordering my items I had made a mistake which at the time I hadn't realised. The team promptly got in touch and pointed out to me that one of the sizes I had ordered varied from the rest. I was so grateful for the foresight as it saved messing around with returning items. The team got right to issuing the correct item. Good work guys! I also had trouble with royal mail... no fault of forcewear's but the team were on hand for support right away. The problem with royal mail finally got resolved (apparently somebody couldn't be bothered to venture up to my door on that day). From beginning to end they guys at force wear were fantastic and the products are great. Shame I can't assign a 6 star rating!

I would like to change my review from this morning to a very happy one.
My T shirt arrived this morning after only a few days wait.
The cotton and printing are good quality.
I now have 2 hoodies and 3 T shirts.

I've read some reviews and they wasn't great. Have to say..... I think they are talking out of their hoop. Comfortable and good sizing. Been through the was at least 6 mines and no shrinking......impressed

I just would like to say that customer service I have received after placing an order had been spectacular. I couldn`t redeem my rewards discount and had another query regarding my order so I Sent email out not expecting a response for at least 24 hours, however I received a response in less than an hour and offering for them to redeem my discount manually as well as sorting my other query out. Brilliant service! My husband loves the clothes from here.

I ordered a t and some window stickers. Really wanted to support this company with it being ex forces but won't use again. The t shirt not good quality for what you pay and they had stuck a wash before wear sticker on the window stickers. No amount of prying can get it off so had to bin them. The really bad thing is there is absolutely no customer service. Didn't matter how I tried I could not get in touch. I just wanted stickers replacing as had photos to show their fault. I would have to say don't bother. Support the forces another way.

Very poor quality item for the price paid. Also slow delivery as "they are made to order and kept in stock". Something that isn't broadcast until after you have placed the order and paid. Trading on the back of Hero's. Disgusting, I will not order from them again.

It doesn’t take 8 days to stick a few logos on a a cheap generic hoodie .

No update on delivery and no response by a person when you email them .

Seems a common theme from these reviews along with other quality aspects .

I’d avoid

Good to shirst and other bits but for a company supporting forces and veterans they don't offer any discount ie forces or blue light or defence discount which is a let down.

Fantastic company, well fitting and comfortable apparel.
Had a slight prob with the order as I ordered it beginning September.
Partly due to my stupidity and forgetting I ordered a shirt, half way through the month remembered and entered the tracking no. Low and behold Royal Mail screwed up so I considered it a loss. No harm these things happen.
So upon replying to Force Wear’s customer satisfaction survey and explaining the problem and expecting to write it off as a loss, 2 days later my order arrived I can only assume I was sent another. Now that is customer service. They didn’t have too but did Absolutely awesome.

Ordered on the 10th September and now the 20th of September and still nothing really shocking service wanted these t shirts for my holiday got PayPal involved for a refund

Fantastic customer service, managed to get my items to me before I went away. Excellent hoodie and T-shirts bought, will buy again. Thanks team. “Fortune favours the brave” X1X

Orderd a t-shirt with Small Arms Specialist and T-Rex on it. Amazing quality and comfortable to wear. Communication was excellent and arrived really quickly.

All clothing made to order to excellent standard and their sales / service team were excellent!
Highly recommend!

Ok, so I won’t lie, the delivery was on the slow side but I appreciate that it’s all done by Vets and they get lots of orders.Today I received my order and got a courtesy t-shirt with my order as an apology. I’m really impressed with the quality and I have to say I will definitely be ordering again.

Just ordered T Shirt from them little pricey compared to some others. It took a while in fact 2 weeks to arrive I did chase via customer services and they replied very promptly. It arrived yesterday and was worth the wait quality is suburb

Slow delivery, had to chase, got no response. When the hat finally arrived it was just in a bag and completely crushed. They offered a site credit (what for another crushed hat?) and eventually offered a refund. Too busy to go to the couriers to send off so now I have a second hand looking crappy hat. Wouldn’t give them another penny.

Brilliant service , whe I asked about my order the teams responded asap , explains why the order was running later , clothing 10/10! And ordered few stickers top quality as well !

Placed my order on 4th May, no update or anything. I've sent an email to chase (just in case it's been overlooked) got the bog standard automated response, tried again to no avail.

I've ordered several items in the past with no issue, however some reviews are painting a theme !!!!, Very disappointing Forcewear seems standards have slipped.
