Every year I do buy to forever21 on Black Friday sale. I always buy medium which fits perfectly. Compare to last year I gained wait but I still orders Medium size this year, to my surprise all Medium sizes delivered to me are way bigger like a Large & XL sizes with a Medium size label. I called forever21 and the answer that I got âitâs on final sale, return or exchange is not applicableâ. I find it very disappointing because itâs like they just trying to get rid of stocks and put a label s you ordered but deliver the wrong sizes change to the label you order. Literally Medium size that can fit to persons in 1 clothes in most of all Medium sizes. Too bad for this I will definitely not order anymore. No more yearly order with this scammy experience.

Leider nicht mehr pÌnktlich als Geschenk angekommen ist und ich schon vor dem 22.11.24 die Bestellung storniert habe. Dies wÀre nicht mehr möglich. Da kam ein folierter Karton aus China - Billigware - hab es nicht mal aus dem Karton genommen, der Ìbrigens nicht geschlossen war.
Mit dem VerkÀufer per Mail mehrmals hin+her Kontakt gehabt - fÌr die verspÀtete Zustellung 10% Rabatt wurde mir angeboten fÌr zukÌnftige Bestellungen. ABER GARANTIERT NIE MEHR. Dies hatte ich abgelehnt und einen Retourenschein gewÌnscht - nein, aufgrund C02 Belastung wird das nicht gemacht - sie können mir 40% Erstattung anbieten auf den Preis, ich kanns Paket entsorgen. Nee, ich will keine 40% ich möchte das Teil nicht haben. Zuletzt wurden mir 50% angeboten oder ich muss Retoure selbst zahlen und nur ungeöffnet zurÌck geschickt werden - haha, Karton war schon geöffnet, als er angekommen ist.

My daughter work for a couple weeks at the Store at Wellington Green Mall, and the experience was terrible. This was her first job ever and the manager make the decision that was ok to be screaming at her co workers in front of customers, plus was ok to been fired people just because she things she is right in everything. Worst store ever, I worked in the same store more than 19 yrs ago and was not like this. Regina for real needs some anger management and needs some classes in how to handle co workers.

If I could put zero stars, I would period I am never shopping here again and I do not recommend anyone doing so. I am about to also contact the Better Business Bureau and my credit card company. I ordered something Several weeks ago that was actually in the store. For whatever reason instead of sending it from a warehouse here in the United States it looks like they sent it from overseas and the package isnât tracking anymore and has not been delivered. I called the customer service line was on the phone for 10 minutes. They could see that thereâs no tracking and then they said the policy is to send me a form to fill out so that the warehouse can be contacted, but meanwhile, I never received the item and you work for Forever 21 and Iâve got to fill out a form? What kind of sense is that make? I then asked for a supervisor, but thereâs no Supervisor to speak with⊠The guy, obviously from some other country doesnât understand that any other company would not require a customer to have to fill out anything if you can see in the system that the package is lost or there is no tracking. Do I have to fill out a have to fill out a form? So I do not recommend buying anything from this company because you can buy something from Temu, Amazon, SHEIN And they would not have you filling out any form when you have not received a package that is still in transit in their system. But they do not Have to worry about me ever buying anything online from them again. Now I guess if you see something in the store that you like thatâs the store but I wouldnât recommend anyone ordering anything from them. Awful customer service. Scam company!

The website sucks, it refuses to recognize my password and email address even when reset especially when it's supposed to be a discount. I called customer service and he was of no help, he kept repeating the same damn thing over and over. I hung up with no results, such a waste of time. I was at Forever21 in Time Square #3006 New York. Cashier sh*ni* was on her phone through her watch so she was in her own world as I moved up to the register. She pushes forward the nasty keyboard in front of me and I demands I type an email and walks away to the next register. I said no itâs okay. When she comes back, she keeps insisting that I put an email in. I kept saying no itâs okay. She then gets pissed and takes the keyboard and types something and accepts something on the credit card keypad without even giving me a chance to read or decline. Then the guy employee comes by her and theyâre talking about something and she hands me my receipt while still engaging with the male employee. As Iâm walking she yells behind me âYouâre welcome!!!!â and when I look at her she had this mental face. I understand sheâs trying to do her job and maybe overwhelmed but people are not here to deal with disrespectful egotistical manners. Please train your employees to be more professional and stop pressuring people with this email bs to collect their personal information.

Buyer Beware!!! Forever 21 is absolutely scamming customers. I purchased some clothes for my daughter online. Two of the items did not fit so I requested to return the items. The clothes were brand new with the tags on them when I shipped them back , they were not even tried on because they were a size small when I had requested size large. I received an email stating that the items were received and would be inspected and then a refund would be issued. The next day I get another email stating that after inspection they do not issue Refunds for items that have been tried on, worn ,washed or tags have been removed.The items were returned exactly how we received them with the tags still on. The email also stated that I would have to pay a return shipping fee or the items would be trashed.

Itâs been years since I entered a Forever21 and this is my second time coming into the galleria location and on both occasions Nadia has been extremely amazing. Honestly, great customer service and amazing energy.

Disappointed to say the least. I used to do online shopping here all the time when shipping to Hawaii was free with minimum amount. Now, there is a shipping charge and delivery takes over two weeks. Order went out 6/13 and expected delivery by 6/29. I used to be able to order on a Mon and receive the package Fri/Sat. Iâll never shop here again. Sorry, not sorry. :)
Update 7/1 - 6/29 came and went. No package yet. The expected delivery date has been updated to 7/8. I am leaving on a trip 7/13âŠletâs hope it arrives by then. I truly regret this order. Donât make the same mistake peopleâŠ

I HAVE A SECURITY GUARD AND NO DELIVERY TRUCKS CAME IN THAT DAY. SHIPPER POSTED AN EMPTY DELIVERY PHOTO! PUT A FAKE DOT ON MAP AND LIED SAYING THEY DELIVERED IT TO MY PORCH WHEN THEY NEVER EVEN CAME INTO MY CLUB!
CALLING F21 WAS USELESS & THE GIRL WOULD NOT HELP ME AND WOULD NOT LET ME SPEAK TO A MANAGER. I TOLD HER THAT I WOULD CALL BACK AND ASK TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER. I did order the hello kittyâs stuffs for $170 on Mayâ29 and I did counting everyday and waiting!!! Finally, I got a message that delivered on Juneâ06, I was working and when I came home, I didnât see my package and I did wait for 2 day to make sure that I didnât receive my ordered, I called but you said the UPS did complete delivery and canât help me anything about my ordered and I have to contact my bank and did try to get a refund but also the bank refused to give me a refund too!!!! No one make a responsibility on my ordered that I paid but didnât get it!!! I feel lost and very angry and never shopping with Forever21 again!!!!

Had the most embarrassing and horrible experience at the Dulles Town Center, VA today. The girl at the counter was very rude was not ready to listen. She mixed my package that I took to return to Shein and I was trying to explain and she refused to listen and kept on arguing. This was my first experience with Shein returns and I had some confusion. No patience and treating customers so bad. If you were not ready to deal with Shein customers you should not have accepted their returns at first placeâŠanother lady who cane to return Shein had similar experience too. They treated us really bad. Never going back to Forever 21 again !!
