Fortune Builders took $25K and I am currently in collections. This is a scam. FB doesn't care if I ever make my money back. Worst decision ever made in my life.

I’ve been a member of FB since 2019. I hear a lot of negativity in reviews about the $50k fee to sign up. Afyer going through the training, I made that back in my first house flip! I’ve done dozens of flips since, own rental properties, have wholesaled properties, do PM work for home owners looking to reno their houses, and do consulting for a large construction company managing over $20M in projects. I also do my own training now for those in Atlanta that want some help flipping, renting or wholesaling houses. In other words, I have created multiple streams of income from what I’ve learned from the training, which is one of the first things they teach to do.

If you have 100% confidence in yourself to learn the material; ability to implement autonomously; and feel you can wear many hats…sell houses; do marketing/networking, analytical skills; financial accumin to talk to banks, lenders; and apply what you learn to build multiple streams of income, you can’t beat this training. If you have any doubts in yourself, don’t do it.

I know all the founders personally now. Been to Than's house, met his wife and kids. They could not be more genuine, helpful and care about their members well being. The training materials they provide for life are outstanding, kept up to date, offer ongoing group trainings and they are always first class.

Is it for everyone? No, but it’s not because it’s a scam or not worth the money. Its because it’s very difficult, requires you to be good at many different things in order to be successful in your own business and it’s a well known fact only about 5-10% of students go on to be quite successful. But make no mistake about it, they give you all the tools you’d ever need. But it ultimately is up to you to learn it and apply it.

One of their representatives bilked me out of 26K. I had proof of multiple other people that had been taken for tens of thousands of dollars from the same individual and they would do nothing to help further the case.

It is an amazing opportunity, I surely don’t want to miss it!

The amount of knowledge and expertise that is shared in even one hour of a session is phenomenal. We have never been disappointed. Great conference. Left knowing so much more than when we came.

Learn so much also gained wall family it is a great program but you have Keep up the good work or should I say keep crushing

our 3 day workshop was a real eye opener. The staff were very personable and helpful and the information they share was incredible. Everyone we have spoken with has been very excited and happy to make sure we have the best chances to succeed. This was a great experience for my wife and me. This was an eye-opening experience. I would recommend it to anyone looking to get into real estate. Great for beginners and veterans alike.

I think God for the founders of this company.May the lord keep using you guys in so many ways to help impact the lives of hundreds and thousands of people that are down in there spirit. My experience at the three day work shop was mind blowing I was very impressed with all the tools and the information that was available to us.This is what I been looking for because I have been doing the right thing the wrong way for so long. The three day workshop was awesomely great for anyone skeptical about getting into Real Estate Investments. I’m a Process Engineer so I was able to witnessed that their business centers around processes that work!
I was able to understand how various parts of the business intertwined which provide you with great results!

The 3 day work shop was very professional and full of useful information and how to apply it. This is the best work shop's in real estate

I just spent the last 3 eight hour days at their seminar. I found out on day 3 that we were being entertained by a substitute host for the weekend & personality wise, I do have to say he was a really nice person. Now to get into the meat & potatoes of it all.... First off, this is a $25k-$30k investment they're asking you to make in order to be accepted into their Mastery Program. I want to make it clear that I think there is absolutely nothing wrong with asking for this kind of money from someone for what I truly believe they have to offer. The problem was the host of the program this weekend has A.D.D. worse than any adult I've ever seen & while making an attempt to go over the topics at hand, he would get you to point 3 of 7 or point 2 of 6 & take off down some other rabbit trail that someone in the class distracted him to with a question. He repeated "I promise I'll get back to this "later" or "tomorrow" that never happened more times than I can count which I thought was very unprofessional. I can't say I didn't learn anything from the program, but I'm just very disappointed because 4.5 of the 6 things that they say right on their website you'll obtain with the 3 day seminar were never gone over:

I wouldn't sit here taking the time to write this out just so I can bash anyone or this entity in order to just have something to do.... I signed my wife & I up for this 3 day workshop & spent $200 for us to attend because we are both very serious about getting started in the real estate property acquisition & flipping business. Our combined actual time we have spent sitting through the preliminary presentation & now 3 day seminar was worth much more to us than anything we got out of the weekend for sure. The part you don't know about unless you do your research ahead of time, is they have 5 criteria that you have to meet in order to be accepted into their Mastery Program but if you go in without a packed portfolio I can attest that you aren't who they're looking for. Do yourself a favor & spend those same 3 days researching the internet & speaking with seasoned real estate investors, folks in the financial industry and finally seasoned real estate agents that have all been there & done that in the industry. I found MANY inexpensive resources in just a matter of an hour last evening even before I attended the 3rd day of class & found most of everything they have to offer can be found with a click of a mouse & a good search engine. All in all, it's for someone I'm sure, I just wish I would've gotten what I was expecting for my time & money at the very least.

The staff that presented the workshop did an outstanding job and I am very very interested, but unable to join at this time do to funds and hard time. But please don't give up on me. I am hoping that in the next 5-6 month is not to late to become apart of a great team.

It was a very good opportunity to be in contact with a teacher that make me learn how the house flipping works. I really appreciated the time spend because I learn a lot about myself, my financial goal, ways to make profit in real estate business.

The three day event was an eye opener. The workshop was very energetic. I didn't want to move from my seat. I didn't want to miss a word that was going to said. My partner and I are going to move forward. I learned a lot in three days that I wish I knew years ago. Thanks for everything and keep doing what you do.

The 3 day workshop was amazing and very informative. I learned so much through out those days. Unfortunately i was not able to make it into the program and disappointed because I have signed up for blueprint multiple times and still haven’t received any calls or emails from anyone. I am very driven and want to continue my goal. I just am wanting the help from fortune builders so I can assume I am doing it right.
