James cleaned three computers in very little time. One laptop had very little RAM and he helped me decide which programs I could uninstall or not run on start-up. I'm not very technical, but his directions were clear and easy to understand. My laptop now runs very fast. It was very friendly and professional technical assistance.

Doing What They Promised
There's not much to say other than these people are amazing by simply doing what they promise. They never gave up on my computer issues & solved more than just 1. They had to escalate my networking issues to a more experienced tech & they had him call back the next day. As promised, he called back & resolved the issue...Who does this now a days!

Jamie knew exactly what she was doing. She got things working again and cleaned things up. I also found that I hadn't used my printer enough, so I needed to change my ink.

Best Antivirus out there in my opinion
