The hair is good quality but the delivery took a long time and also you nees ekstra glue to make the hair stay in your head.

Worst extensions in the world. Hair felt like straw by week 2. They offered no help, just 10% off my next order, when I will never invest money in this business again. This place is perfect for you if you want you hair the same texture as a rats tail.

Product is amazing, hair feels unreal but couldn’t believe the size of the bottles. I know it’s a travel pack but 13 pound for one was is absolutely crazy. More like mini travel pack 🙈

Have used many extension brands before, come across Foxy. Bought the 20” Indian Remi human hair nanos. All I can say is wow. The hair is the nicest, softest, shiniest hair, also being blonde the hair was super thick from tip to end. Washed the hair and it’s still just as good. Not knotty or dry. Can’t recommend enough! Will buy again for sure!

First time I have used Foxy hair, so far so good!

Always go above and beyond. Super lovely people. The hair is amazing quality and they are fab at giving advice etc.

Paid for Russian hair, they told me my hair is fine for pre bonded hair extensions as I was worried with already having thin hair. I got them in March, it’s now June and I have left on removal with lines of missing hair where they were attached to hair. I have lost loads of hair, my hair is in the worst thinnest condition it’s ever been in.
Foxy staff have taken no responsibility when going in for maintenance and showing them how much hair is coming out with the bonds. They always say “we fit them correctly the rest is up to you” so hide away under that. Which is disappointing considering I bought all of their shampoo, conditioner, brush and paid so much money to the company for the hair and the maintenance over time.
I’m not sure why this company takes no responsibility and told me they had never saw it before which I fail to believe.
Yes on my first visit I lost a few from the back of my head where I had braids in so I held my hands up to that but since I have done everything they have said and still, lost hair from the root.
I am now left with awful hair and bald patches and a sorry we can’t do anything I can get my manager to call you if that helps.

Really disappointed. Over £500 out of pocket in less than a year and have lost so much hair I’m embarrassed.

Been going here for years and nothing is a bother for these girls even though I have the thickest short hair 😂. It’s the friendliest environment and I’m always so happy with my hair. I always receive so many compliments on my hair ☺️

Not impressed that I was sent extensions for a client and two days later I was told via email the tapes were not sticky.
Had to spend an hour after work re taping them all before my client was in the next day. Very disappointing

I had my 18” extensions applied today and im over the moon!
I naturally have very fine, shoulder length hair and these have made it look so much fuller and lovely length,
My sister, A hair stylist- who has worked with many extensions before was very happy working with them in my hair and said the ease of them and quality was the best she had used!
