Customer service isn’t there when it comes to bad batch of hair. I’ve lost two clients due to this from foxy. I don’t feel they support me like they should. My clients were both using the correct aftercare and brushing using the correct extension brush. Both long term extension wearers so very experienced. Foxy basically said the batch isn’t bad it’s something my end that’s at fault which it can’t be as the nano ring silicone tip is coming away from the bond on the extension. The nano ring along with the nano silicone tip is still in there which shows it’s faulty! Very sad about this and such a shame as I have been using foxy for years but can’t risk it again so won’t be ordering anymore hair from them.

in response to your response, correct Aftercare was used my client had purchased this herself from your website. Not once did you say in your emails this was down to incorrect aftercare! I’ve been teaching hair extensions for 17 years and applying for 20 years there is no way I’d send hair back where the correct aftercare wasn’t used, that would be embarrassing as it’s obvious to why they would of been faulty.

I placed my order for extensions on January 7th, and I still haven’t received them. I emailed the Customer Service department a few times to inquire about tracking numbers and when to expect my order, to which they promptly replied that due to a glitch or something with the courier, they had no ETA of when I would receive my extensions. That was two weeks ago, and I still have not received my order, nor is there any information available in the courier’s website. Well, I’ve been waiting now for close to a month, and two days ago, emailed Foxy, requesting a refund as I have no idea when or even if I’m going to get my order. And guess what? Radio silence. I spent a good amount of money on hair that I am doubtful I will ever receive. So to anyone contemplating purchasing from Foxy Hair Extensions, BEWARE. I can’t comment on the quality of the hair, because, again, I never received it.

Sent s picture of my hair for a colour match, quick response and it was recommended I order a test strand, however, I was reluctant to pay £5.99 delivery for a 99p test strand. I took the plunge and ordered the recommended colour and they are amazing! A perfect match!

Good price products in the sale but delivery is a bit expensive, particularly when you pay for next day and it doesn’t arrive until a day later.

This was my second time getting pre bonded extensions at Foxy. This time I had Hayley and went for something a little different and she did such an amazing job! Super friendly and knew exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend x

Won’t give you a refund. The hair is thin and wispy not good quality for how much they charge. Avoid using these if you can.
