A very quick response to my question along with an extremely thorough explanation, that fully resolved the issue that was having, it’s not often that you come across a service offering such a professional customer service.

Top value for membership and insurance. The staff are always helpful too.

I'm in my second year with this club, and it's awesome that they offer public liability insurance and article 16 operational authorization.
I can fly in so many more places now! Their website dashboard has great stuff like a drone flying checklist, risk assessments, clear explanations of UK CAA law, and a comprehensive members handbook.
The membership card has my flying ID, operator ID, and membership number, and I can even download an insurance certificate if I need it.
When I renewed, my member card got lost by Royal Mail twice! After two months, I contacted FPVUK, and Simon offered to send me a new one, which I really appreciate.
I totally recommend these guys!

Had an issue with my registration, but after contacting Simon at FPVUK, resolved the issue within 30mins. Just what is needed, checked my profile and Flyerid also there, perfect.

I’d been using my drone in the UK as a new user for approximately 6 months.

Already registered with FPV UK for a provider of insurance – also great cover at a great price.

I was wanting to take my drone to Ireland over Christmas, to shoot over the West Coast.

First port of call was Google, and to say the responses were confusing was an understatement. AI didn’t help as it just muddled the confusing answers further.

I messaged FPV UK as I’d previously read that Simon has a huge amount of knowledge, and replies really quickly.

This is an understatement. He clarified the requirements, explained the best site to register and shared a step by step guide to take me through it. All within 15 minutes of my initial query.

Absolutely first class service, I can’t recommend FPV UK, and Simon, enough.

As a new drone flyer seeking help with a drone related issue I recently joined the FPV UK where I found everything that I needed including access to the Drone Hub forum where I reached out with my question, then I waited for a couple of days thinking that maybe help would not come. Then all of a sudden Simon/ Louis and others responded with a barrage of assistance, my issue was how to register an operator id in Europe. Not only did I get multiple responses directing me to a platform that I knew nothing about but Simon Dale took the time to explain every step of the process and included screen shots and written instructions, WOW words are not enough, all I can say is thank you all and for any newbies out there ( get yourself on Drone Hub )

I have been a drone pilot for a number of years now, carrying out in frequent commercial work. It was an absolute no brainer when I saw the membership benefits offered by FPV.
Further to this I was blown away by the service provided by FPV when they highlighted an issue with my operator id. Simon helped me (out of normal working hours) to guide me through the issue and how to resolve it.
To try and get accross this level of customer service experianced with FPV, id say i have met less than 10 people in my entire life who have gone over and above to help a person they dont know. Lets be honest the membership fee is only very small, yet he had the time to get involved out of hours, personally. I am very grateful.
I highly recommend joining FPV, its like having the support of a really knowledgable team, right by your side.
I have every confidence that should I even need any help in the future FPV will be there to help and take away stress and worry.

I’ve been in the electronics industry all my life and dealt with many people but I don’t think I have ever been so grateful to anyone more than Simon at FPVUK
I had issues activating the DJI care refresh but Simon jumped on board and helped me through the process
I wouldn’t have got this done without him so I’m extremely grateful for his time

Dealing with FPV UK Is always a good experience - also the worry of forgetting to renew things is taken on for you. My CAA flyer ID membership would not renew automatically and thanks to Simon of FPV UK, he resolved the issue.
It turned out I had initially inputted some details incorrectly.

Extremely efficient and helpful.
I emailed a couple of questions and the reply came back within minutes. Simon was so professional and knowledgeable. After taking out my membership to FPV, all relevant links were sent to me instantly and my membership card and sticker arrived within a few days. I would highly recommend FPV to anyone thinking of joining a drone association.

Selected FPV Based in on lots of research and and offer of discounts on A2 CofC . Signed up accepting offer of update service of Flyer ID and User ID and they have been fantastic . I made a few errors with info and Simon rectified these progressed my updates. Extremely pleased with service to date and would highly recommend (as I have done many times already) 5* product 5* service
