As usual the service was first class especially on the latest purchase, the bottle seal had broken and some of the scent contents had leaked.
I informed Fragrance direct and their response was to immediately send a replacement which arrived within a few days.

Delivered promptly and well packaged. Items exactly as described with reasonable prices

Plenty of choice.

1. Tracking shows "We're expecting it" for 6 days. Nothing received. No tracking updates.

2. Clicking "Contact Us" on the website provides no way of contacting. It instead takes me to the "Help Centre". No email, no phone.

3. Clicking "message" forces me to log in, but I don't have an account, I checked out as a guest. How am I support to receive support without an account?

4. The delivery help section states "please contact Customer Service via the still need help section (below)." But there is nothing below.

5. contact-us/ is a blank page with no information on it.

6. Facebook help says it will take "4 days to reply". And blame "experiencing unprecedented levels of delivery enquiries". The customer should not suffer due to the result of poor management by the company. If you experience high delivery questions before major holidays, prepare for it.

Order still not received. Half the order was refunded due to not being in stock.

Ok service. Allowed me twice to pay for Next Day Delivery and then delivered two days later. I live in the Yorkshire Dales, but - it's easy enough to use a postcode lookup to see if you should offer Next Day to a customer or not, plus - Amazon can manage Next Day here, so...

*updated* - the second part of my review previously mentioned a problem with customer support -one that I mistakely remembered as Fragrance Direct, but was actually AllBeauty (I went and checked). I've removed this and apologise to FD for this mistake, and I have updated my score accordingly.

Parcel arrived damaged, my aftershave was leaking upon arrival as there was a small crack. I sent an email and never got a reply

They did not deliver my parcel, claiming that it had been delivered. They also systematically fail to respond or take a very long time to respond. Thank you for ruining my experience.

Fast delivery good choice of brands and great value for money

I ordered aftershave from Fragrance Direct on 4 December, but it never arrived in store on time. I contacted the store and was told the order could be cancelled and refunded once it was received and returned, and that I would receive my refund within 14 days.

Since January, I have contacted Fragrance Direct over 20 times by email and phone. Each time I am told the refund is being processed, but nothing ever happens. I raised a formal complaint and was told three weeks ago that the issue would be resolved within 72 hours — this never happened.

It has now been over three months, and I am still waiting for my refund. Extremely poor customer service and no follow-through on promises. I would not recommend this company.

Very happy with my purchase and the price I managed to get this for versus the standard retail price!
