Not Quite Next Day!

Ok service. Allowed me twice to pay for Next Day Delivery and then delivered two days later. I live in the Yorkshire Dales, but - it's easy enough to use a postcode lookup to see if you should offer Next Day to a customer or not, plus - Amazon can manage Next Day here, so...

*updated* - the second part of my review previously mentioned a problem with customer support -one that I mistakely remembered as Fragrance Direct, but was actually AllBeauty (I went and checked). I've removed this and apologise to FD for this mistake, and I have updated my score accordingly.

I actually wasn't going to leave…

I actually wasn't going to leave feedback, as I generally work on the principle of 'if you have nothing nice to say, don't say anything'. But, seeing as you've emailed AGAIN asking for feedback, fine - here it is.

Had a great first year with you, but missed the renewal deadline due to an operation. When I get back in touch to renew, I'm asked to phone. I do, great lady on the phone - quotes me almost double my previous premium. I apply online, and it's still expensive, but less than the phone quote. Even the lady was rather embarrassed. Finally, what's a '25 pound admin fee' for an online application?

So, I've gone from perfectly happy to perfectly annoyed, and your reputation with me perfectly tarnised.

Well, you did ask....
