Firstly, thank you for your order that you placed on Saturday evening. I can confirm that it was despatched on Monday in good faith & is coming to you by 2nd Class Royal Mail, so, although we are aware that for some reason, there are delays with both Royal Mail and the various couriers at the moment, I’m sure it will be with you very soon. Obviously when our orders leave us we are very much in their hands but generally they are very reliable.
I am so disappointed that you have felt it necessary to give us a 1 star review without giving us a chance to get back to you & considering that your parcel is actually only one day late at the moment,I’m sure Royal Mail will have it with you as quickly as possible
We work so hard to provide the best customer service that we can & as you can see, have excellent reviews left by our customers, I can only ask for your patience with RM on this occasion

Best candles ever
Candles are excellent and a lot bigger then I expected, the scents are amazing and it’s the only candles I’ve ever bought that the scent actually lasts and you can smell it throughout the house, these are the only candles I would ever use thank you

They produce great products
They produce great products. I am a repeat shopper. Never disappointed. Also, service is always great. Contact is not necessarily immediate (the chat option is not an AI driven chat). However, communication is always really good.
There are some frustrating features on the website/app, but the product and service more than make up for this.

Lovely candles
Lovely candles - just received my second order. They last a good while and smell really nice. Packaging is lovely and they arrived when they say they will. I will be making more orders in the future.

Lovely gel melts
Lovely gel melts. Have always ordered on eBay but now I know this website I will be coming back for more. I love the different colours and love the perfume inspired smells. My house smells lovely all the time

Christmas gifts
I ordered a few Christmas gifts from the website and the items arrived quickly and well wrapped. The items smell lovely! I have used quite a few products from here previously and everything I have purchased I would buy again. The shop is also worth a visit!

Fabulous service again
Fabulous service again . I always use Franki sense as i can choose my favourite perfume for the candles , sponge soaps etc. I buy my friends and family birthday and Xmas pressys and they love it . Definitely recommend you pop in as you won’t be disappointed .

Melts melts are my fave
I've been buying from franki for a good few years now. I've been mostly happy with my purchases. Sadly my last lot of wax melts had barely any scent at all but it's rare that that happens. Recommend them
