My order was delayed in the post and I didn’t receive it I contacted franci’s scents and without hesitation they sent a new order out , I love all the gel waxes the smells are amazing , I have ordered many times off them and will continue to do so xx

This was my first order from this business. I love how many scents you can choose from. Arrived quickly and well packaged. The candle scent, vanilla and tobacco is gorgeous, good scent throw and incredible value for excellent quality. I was so delighted with it I've just put another order in from their Black Friday Sale so that says it all! Highly recommend.

I order gel melts monthly and love them. The service is quick and I can burn each melt for around 3 days - just flipping it over each day. The fragrances are great and smell very much like the original scent. I would definitely recommend.

I am loving my new order of gel melts. These are fantastic, easy to clean & smell fantastic. Put in a second order of 2 extra large candles and I am excited for them to come. Definitely recommend these melts to my family & friends.

After years of buying wax melts, I've just received my 3rd order of gel melts for my candle burner. Each fragrance is unique. They are incredible, long lasting and fill the room with gorgeous smells! I love them and they are easy to peel off once cooled, wrap in cling film ready to reuse. A great investment and so much choice.
