I have tried to order twice. Both times order canceled after payment processed. Had to call repeatedly to get refund first time. Second time same issue. NEVER AGAIN!

Wow super fast shipping

Individual placed fraudulent order with someone else's credit card. She was advised that we needed to confirm identity because the order was declined by our system due to a mismatch billing address. Customer immediately turned aggressive, and called numerous times harassing Frank's employees.
Great Merchant!
This was my first purchase with Frank’s. They popped up on my Google search. I was a little skeptical at first, but read the reviews and place my order on a Sunday evening. My merchandise arrived first thing Tuesday morning! I called him to thank them and let them know how great and easy it was doing business with them and that I would recommend all my friends to their sure! Truly a pleasure to do business with.

Mr. Sebastiano Fucile, we apologize but you were aware that your jacket and vest were sent to get patches on 10/30/2018 as I personally contacted you. 3 days later on 11/2/2018, you called to cancel your order, and that same day your order arrived at the store and was ready to ship. I explained to you that our embroidery shop couldn't print our merchandise, because they ran into printing issues so we had to send our stuff to another print shop to get done. You repeatedly said to me that was unacceptable, and I agree with you. We are far from being perfect, but we try to do our best. We are one of the #1 store selling big quantities of MTA apparel, and we can run out of stock at any given time. Please accept our sincere apologies for the difficulties we may have caused you.

The Perfect Experience
The entire experience, from the second that I placed my order over the phone, until the second that I received and put on my official New York Yankees dugout jacket, was perfect! I highly recommend this store!

Clear instructions and immediate feedback and responses. I made an on-line purchase and the process went smoothly. Also, the ability to layaway and purchase expensive merchandise means that I will be a repeat customer. Sometimes you need to pay overtime for the things you want.

Lack of Disclosure Caused Frustration and Friction
I tried to order a New York Parks hat from a listed item that had no warning that I needed to have a proper Parks Employee ID badge and they rejected my purchase because I "failed to provide DSNY ID". They need to adjust their UI on every Parks item that requires an employee ID so this doesn't happen in the future. They sell similar hats at the Central Park Zoo so I'll be going to the physical store location in the Armory for my needs.

I apologize but it is really dishonest to deliberately make false statement and damage our online reputation just because you are not a government employee to the applicable department. As far as we are concern, you can be a terrorist, sexual predator, etc., trying to purchase government apparel to commit your felonies. All our government apparel are labeled ID required for purchase in RED.
