We ordered 9 custom mugs. On the order form and site everything looked good, included images we uploaded for the back of the mugs. We received the mugs very quickly, but instead of the image we uploaded it said “linked image not found.” There was absolutely no indication when ordering that there would be any problem. It also was a saved image and not a link. There is no phone number. We emailed on a Friday and got a response on Monday. After some emails back and forth, they reprinted the mugs correctly. Turned out well, but should not have happened.

Mi sento assolutamente di consigliare questa azienda. Ho creato su questa piattaforma il logo e anche i biglietti da visita dell'azienda per cui lavoro. Tutto molto semplice e anche se non si ha esperienza si riesce in poco tempo a realizzare ciò che si vuole.Le consegne sono veloci e la qualità in rapporto al prezzo proposto molto buona. Mi sembra veramente un pacchetto completo.

Exatamente o que eu procurava, tive um problema com o tempo de entrega dos cartões, mas foi resolvido de imediato com um e-mail. O logotipo ficou disponível um minuto depois de efetuar o pagamento. Muito boa a qualidade dos cartões. Muito satisfeita

Même 1 étoile c'est beaucoup pour le service client de ce site, je ne sais plus quoi faire c'est lamentable.
j'ai 2 ans de comptabilité bloqué dans leur cloud et plus accès à mes mails non plus...
Quelqu'un peut m'aider? me donner un numéro de téléphone? ou d'autre moyen pour pouvoir contacter le service?

Et ça continu...
8 jours maintenant, après plusieurs dizaines de messages par différents canaux, aucun retour.
Le service client est inexistant.
Je n'arrive même pas à obtenir mes codes pour résilier mes contrats.

Stay away. A very charismatic man rings you to persuade you to let them do a website for you. They create a dismal basic website and charge you the earth.

Awful Service! They won't get back to me about my domain renewal or connect with me in any way. I've left 5 different messages through the website and via email and still nothing. Do not use these guys.

J'ai reçu mes cartes de visites avec un défauts d'impression et après 4 mails envoyés, aucune réponse!!! résultat je suis en retard dans mon démarchage client.
Je commanderai sur VISTAPRINT la prochaine, qui ont un service client réactif et arrangeant !

Leider versuche ich seit Wochen meinen Account wieder freizuschalten.
Wie meine Vorgänger schon erwähnten ist es nicht möglich Kontakt aufzunehmen.

Auf Emails kommt keine Reaktion.
Trotz mehrfacher Aktualisierung der Zahlungsmethode wird nichts freigeschaltet.

Aufträge konnte ich somit nicht annehmen, bzw erhalten.
Das ist Firmenschädigend!

DONT TOUCH!!! this company.
Brought a logo few months later another company had the same logo as me and they did nothing to rectify the situation.
Also appalling customer service no contact number all done through email which they do not get back to you only with information that is irrelevant.

Initially I used the company to design my new logo and the software worked easily and I was pleased with the design. I had to pay to download the logos for print and web use (cost about £32) and there were a variety of file types png, eps, pdf and a variety of jpg's in a number of different sizes. I then went on to design a business card and they have just arrived and the quality is excellent. I have also used them to register my domain name. In hindsight, unless you want to use FreeLogoServices to host the site/email etc it's probably better to register your domain with one of the larger domain registrars. The problem I experienced is that if you want to set up Google Workspace or similar Google require you to confirm ownership of the domain (not unreasonably). As it wasn't clear how to do this on the FreeLogoServices site I emailed the help desk. It took quite a while for them to respond and the solution is to add and modify some of the DNS settings within the domain. It worked and Google are now happy that the domain is owned by me but it requires a bit of technical skill to work out what to do.
All in all I am happy with the products I have purchased from them but it's disappointing there is no tech support number and that responses through the help option are not dealt with more promptly.

Fiz a compra do site, dominio e do logo paguei com o cartão de credito o valor de 219,00 reais.

Veio o e-mail com o logo tipo, informação para o site e do domingo pedindo para eu confirma o dominio, mais quando eu clico para confirma o dominio me manda para a pagina inicial do site e quando vou acessar o dominio ou cria o site pede para eu reenvia a mensagem de confirmação do e-mail e não confirma de jeito nenhum.

E Agora verifiquei que minha conta esta bloqueada fui colocar minha senha fala que esta errada, mais ela fica falva no pc, mesmo assim pedi minha redefinição de senha e não chega no meu e-mail.

I had a great experience and they knew exactly what i wanted

J'ai acheté un domaine et une adresse email professionnelle , et quand j'ai voulu renouveler mon abonnement , personne au téléphone (le numero indiqué sur le site est faux) et personne ne répond à mes emails envoyés pourtant sur l'adresse d'aide indiquée.
Pendant ce temps, impossible de recevoir ou envoyer des mails, pour mon business c'est une catastrophe !
Je les relance par email depuis 4 jours, et toujours pas de nouvelles!

I signed up with Free Logo years ago for a logo, website business email and business cards. I was happy with all except the website which was mediocre. In their defense it was cheap.
I recently hired someone to build a professional website under the condition that I switch my domain to another provider.
I reached out to freelogo via chat (since a phone call is not possible) asking to release the domain for the website. We agreed to keep the business email account with freelogo since the new host already requires the email to be setup outside their organization.
Everything went OK with the website but my email got shut down. Ok with mistakes but the huge problem is that NO ONE at free logo will respond to my help inquiries. I have to file 1099's for my company in just a few days but can't access the W-9's stored in my G Suite.

Nome totalmente distopico e ingannevole. Da evitare

Le délai de livraison est long et 80% des étiquettes livrées ont été mal découpé, du coup des écritures sont illisible... cette outils promotionnel est important pour mon entreprise et me retarde donc dans la communication sur celle ci...

Update: It's only fair to update this review...
A day after posting my review, I received an email from customer service with a tracking number. The item was en route. Apparently their website isn't being updated as it needs to because it still showed "In production" the day I received the item. I am pleased with the shirt I received. It's just a shame there is no way to deal with their customer service in a real-time manner.

Have ordered a number of products before with mixed results. Currently I am waiting on ONE embroidered polo shirt. Just one. It's been "In Production" for two weeks, and I do not receive a response to my email inquiry. I cannot find a phone number to call. Customer service now, as before, is unacceptable. If you can't deliver ONE shirt, refund my money.
