First time booking travel insurance and I accidentally forgot to include my TBI during the process, after paying for the policy I was able to call them and they added on my TBI and shunt with no extra charge. Hopefully I wont need to claim on the policy during my trip!

Free Spirit staff are so helpful & kind. I renewed my yearly travel Ins recently and was helped by Sam - lovely lad. Thank you for making it easy for me to navigate the questions and having patience. I’ve not had a claim and hope I never have to but I feel assured I will get the same help if ever needed. Also they keep one informed by email & supply paper copies on request. From one free spirit to another thank you.

All done on phone everything explained all ailments covered good price . Man I spoke to very pleasant .

The telephone was answered promptly, the lady I spoke to was very pleasant and the price of the insurance was very reasonable.

The company was recommended by my insurance brokers, who gave me a contact number. When I phoned I got a prompt response from a REAL person (!) called Katie, who was very efficient and knowledgeable. She guided me through the options and then took payment over the phone. Excellent experience all round. And I wasn't even required to download an App for once!!

This was a renewal. The cost had gone up considerably from last year, because of my age. When I got the paperwork for the policy, I noticed a small error. I rang them up; they made the change and offered me a small refund. Very straightforward
