We went to John at Frodsham Carpet Services to replace all the flooring in our new house as the existing ones were really old and worn. John came the same day to give us an estimate and measure the house, and gave us really honest, valuable advice every step of the way.

John and Craig fitted the carpets and wooden flooring around our painting schedule which was so helpful, remedied all the issues they found along the way, and after a year of pretty heavy use (and a golden retriever!) they still look brand new, thanks to John advising us on the best carpets for our needs and budget.

Would 100% recommend Frodsham Carpets to everyone.

From the minute we walked into the showroom until today when Craig fitted us with a new lounge carpet and the same in the bedroom. Just had our 5th room carpeted, brilliant local company, competitive prices, would not use anyone else, they are totally honest and trustworthy, it was fitted by Craig to a high standard as always. I would highly recommend you make this shop your first visit.

A great company to buy your carpets from from start to finish, guys in the shop very helpful and knowledgeable whilst choosing our carpet. John and Caleb did a fantastic job of fitting today, nothing is too much trouble for them…lovely fellas too! Hopefully this one will last a while but we’ll definitely be back when the others in the house need replacing - thanks fellas!

We used Frodsham carpets to completely carpet my elderly parents new apartment. All of the staff we encountered were exceedingly knowledgeable (what they don’t know about carpets is not worth taking about!), there was a fantastic choice of carpets, proactive communication throughout the process and the fitting was excellent. Frodsham Carpet Services have recently carpeted and installed laminate flooring in most of my home. From my initial enquiry, to completion of the job, I’ve had excellent advice and service.
I needed my old carpets taking up and disposing of and needed heavy furniture moving - none of this was a problem.

I’ve been using Frodsham Carpets for a number of years for my carpets and wooden floors and I’ve just had them re-lay my dining room carpet after having some building work done. Excellent and friendly service again and work done at very short notice. Definitely recommend.

I first used Frodsham Carpets over 30 years ago when I received excellent service from choosing the carpet in the shop through to the fitting. I am still using them to this day and my most recent experience was to the usual high standards.

Just had my stairs and landing carpet fitted by Craig, and I'm so happy with it. Everytime I have a job done by these guys, whether it is carpets, cleaning sofas, anything, I am so impressed. They are a friendly family run company who never fail to deliver, and always go the extra mile.

Frodsham carpets were recommended by a work colleague, so I popped in to look at carpets. I spoke with John who was very professional and very knowledgeable; advising me of what carpets to steer clear of if I had a cat. He suggested having the carpet cleaned if it wasn't too dirty, which I thought was really nice as this would have been a cheaper sale for them. I ended up having them come and clean instead of purchasing. They turned up when they said they would. They did a great job and were clean and considerate of my home. I will be going back in the new year for carpets. Highly highly recommend. Lovely family run business.
