Few issues I have is occasionally the card gets declined in Shell garages with the staff telling me they don't accept this card. It works after trying few times or in some instances, they switch to another machine. Annoying atimes. There is also delays with receiving additional cards. Takes longer than anticipated. Other than that, it's been ok to use, easy to increase limit and changes to card also very easy to do.

If you experience any issues using your fuelGenie+ card in any of the participating forecourts, please drop us an email at enquiries@fuelgenie.co.uk with the details of the store and a brief description of your experience. We can use this information to offer feedback to our colleagues within the operational division of the retailer to hopefully avoid any repeat instances of issues like this at the store in question.
In terms of card delivery, we estimate cards can take up to 7 days to arrive after ordering; if you are experiencing longer delays please get in touch with the details of the card and we can check dispatch dates with our distributor to offer reassurance.
