Shocking customer service
They ignore your emails, then have the audacity to say we didn’t receive them & charge you (multiple) £49 late fee’s.
Customer service exactly as it shouldn’t be done!

We decided to close our account…
We decided to close our account primarily because of the poor customer service. The call handlers were disinterested, unhelpful, and showed no urgency in resolving issues. On top of this, we constantly had to wait weeks for new or replacement cards to be issued, which was frustrating and inconvenient. Despite years of spending and paying on time, they refused to increase our credit limit, which showed a lack of support for loyal customers. Overall, the service was far from user-friendly, and we would not recommend this company.

Poor first impression.
Applied for an account on the 5th of august which was accepted, email states that the cards would arrive within 5 working days, it’s now been 8 working days, 1st time I called I was told they were dispatched on the 7th, when I enquired again I was told they were dispatched on the 6th. So it’s either lies or no one knows what’s happening. I was then told they would then send them again but expedited, which is another 3-4 working days after the weekend so will be another week.
Have cancelled my account before I even got a chance to use but they didn’t seem bothered about it, just said no problem. Might have been a blessing in disguise.

i would’ve provide 5 stars but the list…
i would’ve provide 5 stars but the list of gas stations is a lie. not all of Shells stations accepts this card, not all of the tesco accept this card, just Saynaburys. so is frustrating getting to a shell or tesco station and after filling up the tank and walk in for payment, they tell you that they don’t accept fuelgenie card. specially IG and E postcodes. and driving to south of London they acceptit. same names: “shell and tesco”.

I work well with this company, but there is one problem - access to fuel stations is limited by hours, which is a big problem if you are on the road and need to refuel, then you have to use other companies that provide access 24 hours a day
