great customer service

Couldn’t access account and they answered the phone within a couple of
minutes, i’ve they had received my email everything was sorted within a couple of hours.

Jokers!

As a MD i decided to arrange for a new fuel card to give the staff on the road more freedom and choice whilst saving a few extra pence.... so i ordered a full batch of FuelGenie+ cards so it also gave the advantage of shell fuel stations,

so far.... EVERY CARD ISSUED has been declined at multiple filling stations listed on the FuelGenie+ app. When we spoke to fuel genie it was apparently a terminal error... Funny that. As the same terminal accepted the fuel card from Fuelogic straight away with no issue. Ive also now had the hassle of settling employee expenses as they no longer wish the embarrassment of the cards been declined, Ive even had to ring up one station and pay over the phone as the engineer did not have the full amount of cash.

Could request limit increase on


Could request limit increase on portal/website, therefore had to telephone. Shouse be able to sent email rather than telephoning and waiting one the live for domeykne

Quick and Easy

The app is really easy to use and helpful for finding the nearest petrol stations. Customer services are easy to get in contact with and action anything really quickly.

Managing our fuel costs has been so easy with Fuel Genie. The online portal is great for ordering new cards, downloading excel reports and the invoices are straightforward.
