Yeah it sucked. This is the worst support iv ever seen Or app/program when I tryed to get ahold of you dum people about it I got no response. I waited for days for someone to respond. Because it was doing two accounts in my name. Well because of that my bank over drafted 36 dollars. because it took the payment out after I talked to someone before this and canceled one of the accounts. So now instead of paying what I was supposed to. I o more to my bank because y'alls screw up and I wanna how you gonna fix this crap with my bank. Because your dumb representative I talked to didn't say crap about your all's mess up. Because this is bull crap. Your responsible for this and I wish I could show the picture to everyone to prove what I am saying. So everyone will know to not get this dang app to get Crunchyroll. Shut this one down because they don't care about their subscribers and what they do as long as they get their money... Truthfully I wish I could sue you for what happened...... Because you screwed me over and made me lose money with my bank acc.... This is why I stopped using it in the 1st place. Because they mess up crap....

its a a pain that one piece is getting removed from dammed crunchyroll, so i saw how it looked on funimation and boom, you have to pay to see the recent episodes. I have a adblocker so i have no problems with ads but still trash.

App or chromcast regardless of device never work right. Sad thing is crunchyroll os worse. Oh can't wait for them to merge. I prob will never be able to watch an amine again

I had an ad that was 10 MINUTES LONG and I couldn't skip it because the PAUSE BAR WAS IN TOP OF THE SKIP BAR MAKING IMPOSSIBLE TO SKIP!!!!!!!!!!!! this was so annoying, and there's this GTA ad that's so repetitive. ill be in the middle of an episode of cells at work and the ad will come RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE EPISODE.

Unable to cancel, won't let me log in, doesn't send the reset password email, they say they have no record of my account but continue to charge me. Every month I am phoning my bank to get the charges refunded. They say they can't stop the payments coming out of my account. It's a scam

Not very good at all.

Custemer service doesn't exist. They seem to reply reply if they can be bothered. Which 1% of the time.

I prefer eng dub which is hit and miss.
You can wait week/months for no dub.

Incomplete anime etc can be so frustrating.

Stick with free as paid adds little to it.

keeps buffering every 5 seconds makes watching anything miserable done all troubleshooting they say to do and it still don't work

Easier to just write a list:

- Slow buffering...I mean sloooow. Even with fast internet expect the stream to stop every 2min
- There's a 5 sec add promoting funimation at the start of each stream which gets more and more annoying. I've paid for the service already, why are you advertising it?
- Can't skip the intro's
- If you like subtitles enjoy them being out of sync
- It'll say episodes are not available, then you check in 5min later and it's there.

Honestly I could keep on going but the more I write the more I get annoyed at myself for paying for this terrible service.

the fact you have to subscribe to watch anything is horrible, all i want to watch I the junji ito collection and I cant, I honestly do not recommend this website it is ridiculous

my only complaint is that in season 4 of highschool dxd the htel episode it blurs the boobs

Streams stop every 5 minutes even with very fast internet. Customer service responses are obviously copy/pasted. This is about the worst streaming service you can get.

These people dont answer emails and have been taking money out of my account for over a year when I asked them to cancel it ....

Worst service ever. Just use Crunchyroll; it's just slightly better than this excuse for a streaming service even though it's owned by Funimation. Premium, as well as their "digital copy only redemptions" are a complete scam. Premium is overpriced unless you're watching only mainstream anime every day, and if you're looking for something specific you'll have to buy a digital code from the Funimation shop for roughly $30USD. Funimation's customer service is horrendous - even with Premium you won't get access to everything. Some items are still "locked" until you buy a digital redemption code - they are also sold out more often than not. So unless you're bootlegging, Funimation is just clickbait looking to shell out your wallet. Definitely do not recommend.

I've used all different kinds of streaming services and funimations is easily the worst the constant buffering is an absolute joke and when it does buffer it skips ahead then when you switch from minimized screen to fullscreen it has to buffer for a couple seconds dont get it nothing else does that it's like being back in 56k modem dial up world I'm glad that while watching I typed in the question on google is funimation the worst streaming service ever because it seems alot of people agree with me

After my son used it for while, he was not happy with the streaming service and decided not to use it. I emailed to cancel the account and subscription. They replied and said they have processed that and they continued to charge 7 months after. After 6 emails going back and forth, they continue to say they have stopped charging. But never did. Be warned. Very shoddy service. Still contending with them with no genuine customer service. Do not trust anything they say

Trying to watch anything on Funimation is an exercise in frustration to the extreme. Videos are low quality, even with the paid version, and constantly buffer. You can pause the video for an hour, and it will only load a minute ahead, leading you to watch about thirty seconds before it freezes completely for a few seconds, before forcing you to look at a spinny circle.

Terrible website with a confusing UI, nonsensical settings functions, and terrible video hosting. I am not kidding when I say that I was able to watch the same shows in higher quality with less buffering by simply watching them on piracy websites. My suggestion is to install as many adblockers and firewalls as you can (these sites are naturally dangerous) and watch things on the shady side of the web, because Funimation is not worth your time or frustration.

Scam!! Be careful parents... once you subscribe its impossible to get out!! Even though you make the subscription in the app you cannot cancel on it...ou have to ask, beg, many times to google play and they still continue charging you... BE CAREFUL
