Unfair practices & zero accountability. Furlenco charged full rent for defective furniture, delayed replacements, refused fair adjustments, and now harasses customers instead of resolving genuine complaints. Cheating is not customer service.

Kept delaying delivery dates
Placed Order on 26th July and delivery was scheduled for 1st Aug.,later I got a call that delivery was scheduled for 4th Aug,then again the app was stating delivery date as 7th Aug.Customer care had no info as "system was working" issue, which is usual tactics when their whole process is not working.I cancelled the order

Extremely Disappointed – Unempathetic and Disorganized Staff
I had one of the most frustrating experiences with Furlenco. I booked furniture and an appliance through their platform, opting for the monthly rental plan, fully aware of the 3-month minimum lock-in period. Even though I only needed it for 1 month, I was absolutely fine with paying for all 3 months upfront, as clearly mentioned in their terms and conditions.
I placed the order, paid for the first month in advance, and even received a confirmation. Later, I got a call from one of their rude and unempathetic female staff members who asked how many months I needed the rental. I told her honestly, “1 month,” but also added that I was willing to pay for the remaining 2 months upfront to comply with the lock-in clause.
Instead of helping or appreciating the transparency, she rudely responded and said most customers don’t pay and vanish — implying the same about me. Despite assuring her that I’m ready to pay everything in advance, she remained harsh and uncooperative, and ultimately, they cancelled my order.
What’s worse — I had already spoken to another Furlenco staff member before placing the order, explained my situation, and she assured me that I could rent as long as I paid for the 3 months if I ended early. I agreed to that without hesitation.
Now I’m landing in Ahmedabad tomorrow with two young kids and aged parents, and I’m left hopeless because of Furlenco’s internal miscommunication and lack of basic empathy. I can’t expect my elderly parents to manage without a washing machine due to health issues, and this whole situation has added unnecessary stress to my travel.
Pathetic and heartbreaking experience.
Really regret not reading the reviews beforehand. Could’ve saved myself the hassle.

Furniture quality is poor, and service quality is worse. Customer service number is hard to reach. Service request tickets are unattended for months. Extremely unprofessional.

Most dishonest company and poor quality of products, called for washing machine, one came which was damaged, after a lot of trial , replaced it with second one, which was even more damaged than the previous one.
2 months of constant customer care calls and no help from the other side. Their electronic products and their customer services both are terrible.

Defective poor quality furniture, unresponsive staff
Purchased refurbished sofa from furlenco. The sofa was extremely hard to sit on as it did not have any foam. Each of the 3 seats had different alignment so seating was very uncomfortable. I raised service request twice but nobody from furlenco cared to inquire or replace the product. The customer service executive in the store had assured assistance at the time of purchase but later washed off his hands and began giving excuses. Very poor quality and very poor staff.

I had a terrible experience with Furlenco. I had requested a product replacement which was scheduled, but the delivery person forgot to bring the product. He said he would come back the next day — never happened.
The replacement got rescheduled without even confirming a date, and I’ve raised 4 separate tickets for the same issue, but there has been zero response from their customer support. It’s frustrating and disappointing.
I’m planning to return the product as soon as my subscription ends. Their service is completely unreliable and not worth the hassle. Please don’t trust them with your money or time.

Extremely Disappointed – No Resolution Even After a Week
I bought a coffee table which was delivered on June 24. The very next morning (June 25), I raised a complaint because the product was damaged in a part not easily visible. I tried the website bot multiple times before finally reaching customer care.
It has now been 7 days with zero action from the brand. No call, no email, not even a WhatsApp message. I have called them four times since raising the issue, and every single time their team members – Hajeera, Bindu, and Ajith – simply read out the system-fed response: “Allow us 48 hours.”
Well, I have allowed three cycles of 48 hours. Still nothing.
This is unacceptable service. I expected better from Furlenco.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with your company’s recent conduct regarding my rented furniture.
I had taken 6 months package but had to relocate in 4 months because of inevitable reasons. I paid 18758 additional amount to close the account.
Despite my repeated follow-ups, the rented furniture has not yet been picked up, even though I informed your team well in advance that the rental period had ended and I no longer required the items. Your failure to collect the furniture in a timely manner has caused significant inconvenience, and worse, I have now been unreasonably charged for the extended duration, for no fault of mine.
This delay is entirely on your part and goes against the basic expectations of service and professionalism. As a paying customer, I expect prompt action, clear communication, and fair billing. However, in this case:
I informed your team about the pick-up date on 3rd June
I received confirmation and visit for collection for 8th June but it is not collected till date
I was then charged 18758 , which is completely unacceptable.
I demand that:
The extra charges be immediately reversed or refunded.
The furniture be picked up without further delay.
A written explanation be provided for this lapse in service.
If this matter is not resolved within 3 business days, I will be compelled to escalate the issue through consumer grievance platforms and social media, and if required, initiate legal proceedings.
I hope for a swift resolution and expect you to take full responsibility for the inconvenience caused.

Pick up service has major issue, keeps getting postponed. Pickup window is of 12hrs so they waste your entire day. Customer care is long wait times so that does not help either.

I have experienced 3 times. And the same issue. Their pickup is always delayed. They make a big deal about selecting a date and all that nonsense and always fail to pickup.
Installation also was delayed by 3 days. Rent and all time pe they want one day also they will charge late fees.
It's just desperation that makes us use their services.

I had subscribed for their UNLMTD plan, they were very pro active while placing the order, but what happened after that was a complete nightmare. Wrong products were shipped, the installation never happened on time, my 80 year old parents had to suffer for this pathetic service. Guess you order a queen sized bed and after a week they ship a king size mattress, now the bed was still wasn't installed. Then after chasing them for a week, it gets installed, only to realize that their internal panels were for a different bed size.
The washing machine was leaking, so they took it away after a week and last night I was confirmed that my washing machine was on the way, and guess what the delivery agent said he will be there in 20 minutes and after that he never took the call and then completely switched off the mobile, this is till 10 pm last night.

It's is a complete scam. U will receive sms with delivery details but it will not be delivered. And the delivery boy will not receive your call. They continuously calls before you place your order but post that u cannot connect with anyone. It is a fraud. My money is still with then. Unable to cancel.

I strongly advise everyone to avoid Furlenco at all costs.
I had opted for their Flexi Cancellation plan and closed my subscription 3 months early, expecting a refund as promised in writing (Ticket: 747648700771). The items — bed, washing machine, refrigerator, and mattress — were picked up on June 7, after several days of stress, false commitments, and dozens of calls.
Since then, I’ve been constantly told to “wait for 24-48 hours” by different agents, every single day. Every ticket is closed without resolution. No refund has been issued. Now they're saying it will take 10–12 working days — despite previously promising 4–7 days.
This isn’t just poor service — it’s mental harassment and a clear case of cheating. Their CEO doesn’t respond, social media complaints go ignored, and customer support is just a dead end. I have all the proof — emails, call logs, tickets — and I’m now taking legal action via the e-Daakhil consumer court portal.
My advice: Don’t fall into their trap. Their refund policy is a lie. Once they have your money, they’ll do anything to delay or deny it.
@Furlenco — if you're reading this, honor your written commitments and refund my money immediately.

This has been one of the worst experiences of my life with any company. I made a full payment to Furlenco on 31st May 2025, and till today – NO PRODUCT, NO DELIVERY, NO REFUND. Just lies and endless waiting. This is nothing short of daylight robbery.
Their customer service is pathetic. Every time I call, they either don’t respond or give scripted excuses. They have automatically rescheduled my delivery multiple times without my consent, and then keep you waiting like a fool. The delivery person NEVER answers the phone, and no one from their team is capable or willing to help.
It honestly feels like Furlenco is running a scam operation. They took my money and then disappeared. No accountability. No honesty. No service. Just pure harassment and mental torture.
I’ve wasted my time, energy, and money dealing with this horrible company. And to make things worse – they still haven’t returned my money. It's been weeks, and not a single responsible person has reached out with a solution.
If you value your money, peace of mind, or basic respect as a customer – DO NOT use Furlenco. They are unprofessional, unethical, and possibly fraudulent. I’m seriously considering legal action. I will never forget how badly they’ve handled this.

Firstly, they are very difficult to get a hold of, secondly, they never have an answer to any question you ask them - dates, availability, literally ANYTHING! And most importantly, your furniture will never arrive on time! Absolute nightmare!! Our furniture was supposed to arrive on 15th then they moved to 17th and it arrived on 18th so as said someone should come to assemble on 19th but no one showed up. & when I called they said they can’t guarantee anyone for now. Can take 24 to 48 hrs! Furlenco, you guys should just not do business anymore if you can’t keep up with everything!

Terrible experience with Furlenco. As my house lease was expiring, I raised a request to get my furniture returned and the pick up was scheduled. But on the day of the pick up no one came to pick up the furniture. I tried calling the pick up partner but he was not answering calls. I have to vacate my house tomorrow and no one is showing up. My landlord is rightfully asking me to remove the furniture as he needs to give the house to the next tenants. I have no place to keep the furniture. The helpline of the company is busy. No response on email. No response on twitter. This is pure harassment. The only option I have left is to leave the furniture on the street or give it away since I won’t be available anymore at my place after tomorrow to return the furniture. I’m not sure of the legal implications of this. I was at my place at the scheduled time for the pick up. It was Furlenco that did not keep their end of the bargain and come for pick up. I feel like I’m stuck in this situation because of their unprofessional behaviour. I have also read stories of many other agrrieved customers of Furlenco who too had to leave their furniture at the old house because Furlenco did not show up for pick up. And then they were getting harassed by collection agencies to pay up for the furniture when it was really not their fault. This is pure fraud and harassment by Furlenco. I have learned my lesson and will not trust them again but I am still not sure of what to do with the furniture. If anyone from Furlenco is reading this please pick up the furniture by tomorrow or I will not be in a position to return it and I don’t know what the implications of that will be. And to all those reading this review and considering renting furniture from Furlenco, before making a decision please read the experiences people have had and the harassment they have faced.

Do not trust the delivery dates and do not share your kyc without confirming the delivery date
The delivery date on the website showed 17th May while the earliest delivery date on the App is 20th May . whats more , they do your KYC - Take your PAN , verify Aadhar before letting you choose the date of delivery ,
To my horror , the date showed 20th while the date on the website showed 17th .
Why would i want to give my kyc esp pan and aadhar or why does Furlenco needs to know my info before they are sure that they could fulfill my needs . Looks shady and a data collection trick
