Round coffee table advertised as stone, when in reality it is some cheap looking plastic, which arrived with a crack. They don't accept returns or full refund. We were offered a $100 refund, which is ridiculous.

Not a legit site. I went to purchase a piece of furniture from this site and there were two options for payments. One was PayPal. I tried clicking on that payment option and it said that PayPal was not working at this time. The other option took you straight to PayPal, which again was not available at that time. I tried different browsers o er the course of three days and got the same error message. I reached out via chat two times and did not hear back from the company.

Very suspect if PayPal is not supporting their payments processing.

Actually glad now that you couldn’t enter in a credit card as this is clearly not a legit business.

Finally got a response from the company - after 3 full days - saying that they were very busy and sending responses as they could. Asked me to send pictures of the error codes I received around the payment processing - because according to them others are having no problem. AGAIN - I tried three different browsers on multiple different days and was not able to get any different outcome. Clearly they have an issue in supporting PayPal as their payment processor - which is completely suspect. And if you do end up buying something with them – just know they’ll take forever to get back to you.

I have sent multiple emails to this company. They replied to the first email regarding an issue with my high desk giving advice on how to fix the issue. The advice was not helpful as the screws have been placed in the wrong place and I need a new set of legs. I have emailed them several times since then to let them know and they have ignored me. I would not recommend them

Highly recommend the cat tower sold by this furniture store, my cat loves to rest on it and have more space to move around, although you have to assemble it yourself, but this is not complicated.

The table and chairs are of decent quality. And the customer service is very responsive and always quick to reply whenever I ask for logistics information.

Their furniture designs are very unique and affordable. Customer service reply is also very fast. It's just that the wait is a bit long, But it's worth the wait.

The rattan chair works great and is much cheaper than what I would have purchased in a brick and mortar shop!

This is a store with no reviews, I was a little skeptical at first to purchase as the process time is quite long but it WORTH the wait. The quality of the shoe cabinet is really good. It's really worth the purchase.
