Really pleased with my mirror and delivery was very quick

Good customer experience

Sales lady , was polite , courteous , and no pressure ,and very helpful, and made a great purchase .

A problem occurred with correct delivery address.
Three weeks later still waiting for delivery.
After sales service is shocking.
LIVERPOOL BRANCH do not return calls.
Online assistance is by A I, BUT A VERY POOR ONE.
On a positive i have shopped at the Leeds branch on many occasions and is much much better.

Lovely welcome on arrival and offer of a drink.We have been looked after by Phil before and once again he was brilliant.

Returned to furniture village to buy our furniture after in-laws (both in their 80s) bought theirs and received excellent service from Doug Mercer. His thoughtfulness and caring attitude were second to none, with no hard sell tactics. We didn’t hesitate to seek him out as soon as we entered the Aintree store. Again brilliant advice given by Doug and he’s genuinely happy to help.

Very bad experience. I would recommend not to purchase Sofa’s from them as your product will break before the 2 years and will never get it fixed! And you won’t be able to complain! Was told that I cannot complain ether! Very disappointed of my case has been dealt!

The salesman was very patient as we were undecided and then did slowly explained all the terms and conditions of the warranty and got a discount!

This will take more than 2 minutes. We ordered a suite and took possession of it at the beginning of November. It was the wrong colour and not a three seater settee. Tried to call the store but no one answering . Went down to the store they ordered me a new one was told i would get it in February . It as just arrived all seems fine . I was having payments taken out of my bank for a suite i did not have.
Also i needed to let the company know that the protection cover should only be from the delivery of the correct suite. No communication from anyone regarding exchange i had to phone up yo try sort things out. Not to happy with furniture Village.This will be my review on trust pilot

Purchased a discounted dining set that had been a cancelled purchase. Despite the fact it was already available, it took 3.5 weeks and numerous phone-calls to get it delivered. £300 delivery charge because it was coming from Leicester to Liverpool even though ordering from new from Milton Keynes would only cost £150!
Furniture looks really good but the customer service was appalling. Was promised a refund of the extortionate delivery once delivered but have still had nothing back. Left voicemail with Aintree store and not heard anything back in days. Can’t say I’m surprised.

Will not be shopping here again which is a shame as the furniture is very good

Sandeep at Furniture Village was polite and helpful particularly as I explained my husband would not be in a position to lift mattress
The telephone system is always queued for long periods which is frustrating and time consuming but this does not reflect on Sandeep’s customer care

Walked in we walked around twice before making our choice he went through everything with us hints,tips how to care for leather expected delivery time and so on every ran very smooth very good customer service

Mat was very helpful and gave us good clear advice regarding our choices.

We visited the Furniture Village Aintree store last week to choose new sofas. After looking around, we sought the help of their sales consultant Phil Aldridge. He was very friendly and helpful, as well as knowledgeable of the options available. We left the store having a clear idea of what we wanted and felt we hadn’t been pressured to buy there and then. Returned this weekend and with the help of Phil placed our order. He made the whole process simple and straightforward. Overall a positive experience!
