Went and found the salemans that I wanted to speak too as I have been here before and told them what I needed and altho over budget but I got what I needed and was delivered within 3 days so very happy with the service

Kiran,customer care department,with whom I discussed an issue with a recent purchase I had made spoke clearly ,professionally and answered all questions I had as to what happens next.
I had concern due to a negative experience with a different company some years ago but Kiran dealt with those and arranged a home visit with no fuss.
Genuinely happy to recommend this company and excellent customer care service.

This is my second side board that has been delivered after waiting about 9 more weeks to find that yet again it was damaged. It seems that quality control in the manufacturing factories isn’t quite where it needs to be!!! I know it’s not the sales team and the delivery teams fault but it all seems to be all about quality control of the product.
The after sale person Kiran was very helpful and wasn’t at all pushy in making me accept some money off and understood my concerns so he arranged for a third delivery with no complaints at all. Thanks again to Kiran.
