From the time we walked in we felt comfortable and not pressured . Steve Wong was amazing . His knowledge , advice and professionalism was suburb . The delivery was just as professional too . Thanks ooh and we love our 3 piece too !

We went out looking for a new bed. We had three members of the team we interacted with at various points and all were friendly, professional, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. Great customer service.

From start to finish felt at ease with no pressure to purchase. Worked with our budget and most definitely knows his knowledge of the products in store.

Your salesman Steve Wong was very informative and listened to the type and style of sofa that we required. He told us about the various functions, fabric choices and grades as well as the services and warranties available. He was very patient and attentive without being pushy.
The vast choice of furniture in the store was a little bit overwhelming but Steve guided us to the options available to meet our requirements.
The whole experience left us with smiles on our faces and feeling very relaxed about our purchase.

Recently purchased a Nicoletti Alcova 3 Seater Leather Sofa Bed from the Cambridge store and was very professionally helped by Mr Azzdean Seffras. I have to say, that not only am I am overjoyed with the Italian craftsmanship of the product itself, After owning it since being delivered, but the customer service and product knowledge, demonstrated by Mr Seffras was second to none!!

To all the upper in command at the company, You have a REAL ASSET in this member of staff and he really DESERVES a raise, or so recommendation for making the whole process work as smoothly as possible. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE from Azzdean Seffras please ask for him personally, if purchasing any furniture from this store.

We felt at ease as soon as we walked into the store. We was greeted by the young sales person. Who said feel free to walk about. And if we needed help just ask. There was no rush. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Thankyou

Aaron gilks was extremely helpful without being at all pushy. we always buy from furniture village as it is good quality and we always find it a pleasurable experience as we can browse without being hassled and the staff are really helpful. The coffee and cookies are lovely too.

Swift, efficient, no inappropriate pressure.

Peter was excellent, very knowledgeable and didn’t rush us at all.
My only peave is with the company. Us ‘ old school’ people who like to pay for things as we go, are deeply penalised. The credit charge is added to the cost of the sofa it is only classed as ‘free to the customer’. No bank lends money for free! Therefore I have paid the credit charge and not used the credit facility which means you have made a huge profit from people like me who don’t like debt. Do you not feel this encourages debt.
