Found our visit to the furniture village to be a fantastic experience, found all staff to be very helpful and knowledgeable with plenty of choice to choose from. I would recommend the furniture village to anyone.

Mohammed Shafique was very patient and a very good sales consultant.

The sales consultant David, was first class, excellent product knowledge and extremely helpful.

Jason was very knowledgeable about all the beds and gave us all the info we need. Overall get service from him.

Visited the store today at Stanley Green to find a sofa. As I walked in the store I was met by David Gillett who was very helpful. I explained what I was looking for and the 2nd sofa I was shown was perfect which we ending up buying. Thank you Dave for being very helpful and we are looking forward to our new sofa plus matching chair!

Staff were excellent, professional and very pleasant. The assistant showed me what l wanted to see and informed me about alternatives. The signing up process was very easy and straightforward. The staff member filled in all the forms and you just had to check and sign. Offered refreshments and felt very relaxed throughout the whole process. Nice to see an organisation that treats its customers so well.

Jason was very helpful and courtesy, he never made me feel pressured once making my decision. Thank you Jason for seeing a smiley face 😀

We had a pleasant experience on our visit to furniture village. We weren’t rushed and had everything explained regarding delivery time span and the insurance on offer and also the cleaning kit available which we purchased.

I went to furniture village to look at sofas and there was plenty of choice. I fell in love with the Dixon recliner and Mohammed was on hand to give me all the facts and figures. There was no pressure selling, just good advice and information. I went home to check dimensions and then went back with my order. All the paperwork was carried out smoothly, with a couple of nice discounts. All in all a great experience and I can't wait to get my sofas. I'd certainly recommend furniture village.

Went in to furniture village Stanley green at 3-15pm.. we did know what we were looking for.. Gavin was amazing.. listened to what we were looking for.. took on board everything we said.. bought a brilliant bed on interest free.. walked out an hour later.. delivery date.. bed protector sorted..fantastic…. don’t faf.. don’t waste my time.. just let me buy a bed..faultless from start to finish..brilliant service

We found just the right bedroom furniture, which seems to be much better quality than other brands we have seen.
The sales man, Andy Diamond, was helpful, polite and not pushy.
He helped show us different designs and get the best price.
