The salesman was extremely helpful, moving chairs and benches around different tables to help us make our decision, i think his name was Terry, he said take all the time you need and we we have placed our order, very pleased with him he wasn't very pushy at all, would highly recommend Furniture village, Mr Jones from Runcorn

We always come back to furniture village . Not pushy, best choice, very knowledgeable and always excellent quality . We were served by Terry and he made everything very quick and easy too .

No hard sell. The advisor was friendly without being pushy. He helped the process by helping with our room measurements. Ordering was straightforward.

I went looking for beds. Furniture Village has a wide range of beds for sale with plenty of options. Paul, who I ordered the bed through, was excellent, he was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient. When placing the order, he even persuaded us with a bag of the very tasty furniture village cookies! Thanks very much, will definitely be using furniture village again!

Greeted almost straight away. All questions answered. Offered coffee and cookies while we discussed between two sofas. Then order was very straight forward, quick easier and explained well. Can't wait for the sofa to arrive.

Ordered a table and chairs set with Debbie. She was so patient, helpful and kind. Showed us lots of options, wasn’t pushy at all. Excellent service from Debbie.
Just such a shame that Furniture Village don’t offer a quicker delivery time. 11 weeks seems such a long time to wait.

Helen was my assistant she very good and helpful told me all about the recliner and looked after me as I walk with a stick.she did not rush me gave me plenty of time to decide and made the payment easy thanks Helen

We're looking for a dining room suit and lounge chairs. We were served by Helen at Chester. Very helpful indeed giving good suggestions and design ideas. Showed courtesy and patience as we looked at many products and permutations.
Overall we think we got an acceptable deal.

Our experience was made great by Dave salesman of the year thorough knowledge of his products and so friendly made the whole experience very relaxing and we left the store feeling like we had definitely made the correct decision. His idea of leaving us sat on the sofa for the whole time we were there was great had more than enough time to tell exactly how comforting was

Absolutely fantastic experience at furniture village Chester store this evening. Terry was fantastic, and gave us so much of his time and advice. He was extremely helpful and went over everything we needed to know. Really appreciate all of the help. Will definitely be recommending to others. Cant wait for our dining set to arrive!!!

From arriving in the store, to placing our order for a new bed and bed frame, we were very impressed with the service and the lady we dealt with was knowledgeable, pleasant and not pushy like some places we’d been to. So far the experience has been great!

Furniture Village is a pleasant shop to look round and the staff are always helpful.

Just great quality informative support, without pressure. We had been searching all morning in Chester and Callum was a breath of fresh air as he just helped us through the selection and buying process.
