The man who served us was very good and was polite and careful to our needs. He was not pushy which I hate. Very pleasant experience and we would definitely shop there again if the need arises.

At no time did I feel any pressure to make a purchase. Your Sales representative, Callum, was extremely patient and helpful with all my requests. He took care to explain details of the transaction and at no time made me feel hurried. I

Callum and team on site who were amazing. Distracted children to have the important convesations and provided segacious advice on the furniture we brought from them.

Very friendly staff felt at ease in the shop, Wil was very professional and took us through the steps in a manner we could understand we were so in pressed we ended up making two purchases.

Excellent customer service, support/advice whilst choosing the furniture in store and communication whilst arranging delivery. Delivery within the time frame confirmed at purchase. Delivery process really smooth and delivery company were excellent, care taken when putting the furniture together and all packaging removed.

Our chair was delivered on the day promised, also we were kept informed of the delivery time, the guys who delivered and assembled the chair were polite and tidy.

Helen Conduct is excellent. She really helped us with the different options, to ensure we ended up with the correct product design for our space. We only hope that the manufacturing and installation teams are equally as good and the final product should be perfect. We are excited for when the new sofas arrive.

We had a great experience

I place an order paid was rang for balance as goods were been delivered then became sold out change order wait again but not really happy with goods and still not recived a refund or Criedit from the the order Lyn goddatd

They could improve the delivery time, I had to wait 16 weeks for delivery of my new recliner chair which I think is far to long
