Very good experience-was offered tea and coffee and left to browse without any pressure to buy. When we did decided to purchase a sofa, Andrew was great. Very attentive and informative-thorough with the paperwork ensuring he answered all our questions. He was very professional and knowledgeable.
Highly recommend a visit if your looking to buy something without feeling under pressure

Good friendly service. Didn’t feel pressured and helpful staff member.

Sofa is lopsided, deformed and creased after only 6 months’ use (minimal use as was away most of this time). FV have added extra foam to try and straighten up the seating position and still say there’s nothing wrong. Looks worse than the 20 year old sofa it replaced. Do not use this company. Shoddy products and awful customer service. If I could take it back to the shop I would just dump it in the middle of their showroom on a busy day. Buyer beware!!! Ignore any response they add here. Have done everything they ask and still say there’s nothing wrong. Be prepared to get an independent expert report done. Do not use the company they use. Make sure you pay by credit card, at least the card companies will credit you back.

Salesman was very helpful, without being pushy, which is good. Very good range of dining furniture. Were able to view at our leisure, although salesman was on hand if required. We are looking forward to getting our dining chairs in 7 to 10 days.

We were looking for lounge seating and found a good range of quality items on display. This enabled us to decide on the most appropriate choice for our needs. Your representative, Sian Lewis, was most helpful in answering our queries and providing guidance when needed.

We were helped by a delightful lady Izabela Phillip. We were very unsure what size divan we wanted, she helped with measurements ans also made a call on our behalf.

The salesman was very patient did not rush me at all could answer all my questions was really very helpful. I went to the store near Crawley but cannot remember the salesman’s name he was a middle aged man altogether a really good experience ended up with me buying a sofa.

We wanted to have another look at a sofa we had really liked from a previous trip but worried about getting through our front door. Andrew was very helpful, not pushy at all and was able to assure us that the sofa came in pieces and could be assembled in our sitting room. The whole experience was friendly, helpful and not overpowering as some sales people can be. This is really important to us - we want to be able to ask questions but not to be pounced on as soon as we walk in the shop. We could not have been happier with the service we received and thank you Andrew for your help. We are now looking forward to receiving the sofa.

Very attentive sales person, friendly and informative

Staff in the store were very helpful but not pushy which was good. Telephone call to arrange delivery on date suitable to us. 3hr time given on day of delivery & text 15mins before they arrived, very cheerful & helpful delivery chaps left all furniture where we wanted it & all packaging taken away.

We needed a new king size bed and our choice was to return to Furniture Village as we purchased dining room furniture from them two years ago. On that occasion we were given a very professional and friendly experience. Nothing had changed we were very fortunate that the person who helped us last time was still working at the store, namely Matthew Seymour. We must have spent at least an hour with Matthew helping us choose taking in the fact that we are both OAPs and my wife has back issues. Without the help we were given we would most probably have gone elsewhere. Let’s hope he still working there in two years time when no doubt we will need something else for the home!!

I needed my recliners settee adjusted and fixed. It is under guarantee. Liam from Oak Furniture land answered my email request for my settee to be adjusted, by callingme and arranging to send someone out. He came back to me so quickly very grateful.
