Excellent products at a competitive price (spoilt for choice) considering the quality is of the products. Marcelo was excellent gave us all the information we required. We left to consider our options (no pressure from Marcelo) we returned the following day to purchase our bed and Mattress

Kane who looked after me at the Exeter Store was very helpful re mattresses. Informative and patient. I was there for 3 hours trying all different matresss but he did not rush me but let me know he was there. He brought me a coffee which was welcomed and he sorted my parking. I received a phone call re delivery a couple of days later and the delivery day is booked. A pleasant experience with no issues. Thank you.

Cindy was absolutely superb - her customer skills were extremely good, especially as I was escort to my friend (Sally Butler) who has dementia. Cindy cottoned on very quickly and talked to her in simple terms, explaining everything without making either of us uncomfortable. Absolutely brilliant. Thank you Cindy.

First of all in store experience was fantastic very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The delivery was smooth as well. Sadly that’s where it ends, the USB ports in the headboard are faulty and we have raised this over 4 weeks ago sadly we are no further forward with this being rectified. Really disappointed

Our sofa arrived today on time , only issues was a small mark on the arm of the chair that happened in transit which the delivery guy took a photo of .the delivery guys were great tidy and friendly! callum and Rob 👍

Delivery of my mattress was excellent told we would receive a phone call/ text giving specific details 2 delivery guys very efficient in disposing of plastic covers & unwrapping both wore coverings on their footwear put on base very quickly & left the area as clean as before there arrival

We were looking for a new sofa had a look in furniture village spoke to Marcelo he was really friendly and interested in what we wanted after a bit chose the sofa he was more then happy to help us though a really top bloke will definitely buy from them again thanks Marcelo true gentleman

We ordered a sofa and stool in January 2026 when know in May and explain delayed three times this company doesn't seem to understand that when you've paid a deposit for some furniture they're supposed to deliver it in a reasonable timeframe the person who rang me to tell me it was yet again going to be delayed wouldn't take the complaint about the service couldn't put me through to anyone to complain to said she would get the shop to call me we'll see what happens I'm not holding out too much hope.

From start to finish a Great buying experience from Funiture Village the salesperson Ben of Exeter showroom is a credit to the company he looked after us and explained everything we had very prompt delivery and installation from the delivery staff Tom and Rob very freindly.

Callum & Rob who delivered our bed were very professional, respectful, clean, tidy & quick. An absolute credit to Furniture Village for delivery & assemble service.
