Shocking after sales service. Spent almost two weeks either emailing or on hold. Not one reply. When we raised the issue we were told to send pictures. We did this is when the disappeared.
Over 6k spent. Wasted

The whole process of viewing in the showroom , purchasing and tracking manufacture and delivery of a sofa and armchair has simply been perfect - furniture village have made the whole process really enjoyable with no stress - we dealt with Marcelo Gouveia in the Exeter branch - he was so helpful, knowledgeable and didn’t use any sales pressure - it was a delight to deal with Marcelo.

Information was great and Kane was very helpful and knowledgeable

Ben was respectful, pleasant and helpful. He guided us without pushing us to buying the bed most suited to our needs

First of all the wrong sofa was delivered. They then bought the correct one but couldn’t get it in because they needed to take
the door of which they are not allowed to do. Finally 2 neighbours helped my husband to get it in

A warm welcoming as we entered the store, the new layout is more inviting and easier to shop.
The sales advisor Donna Martin had a huge wealth of experience when it comes down to knowing the stock, very patient, with us, advised us and gave us different options.
I purchased the Bodahl dining table and sideboard which is fabulous, nothing else beats Furniture Village.

I had a lovely sales man.
Who was very helpful.
And I didn’t feel rushed.

Donna Martin was very supportive but not pushy atall.
Our circumstances are a little more complicated than most and Donna was so patient with us, helping but not overwhelming us.
We will look forward to our sofa delivery!
