We recently purchased a sofa, coffee table, lamp table, floor lamp, and carpet from Furniture Village Farnborough, and we couldn't be happier with the experience.

From our very first visit, we received excellent support and advice from the entire team. A special thank you to the Store Manager, Sima, who was always welcoming, friendly, and incredibly helpful.

We visited the showroom several times because we were unsure about what would work best for our home. Throughout the process, Chris Duncan was outstanding. He was extremely professional, patient, and supportive, taking the time to listen to our needs and guide us through the options without ever making us feel rushed. His knowledge, advice, and dedication made a huge difference and helped us make the right decisions with confidence.

Chris also arranged a complimentary consultation with the interior designer, Bana, who visited our home. Bana was absolutely amazing—talented, creative, and full of wonderful ideas. Her recommendations helped bring everything together beautifully, and we are so grateful for her expertise.

We received all our furniture last weekend, and everything looks fantastic. The quality is excellent, and we are delighted with our choices.

We have always found Furniture Village staff to be very efficient, friendly and easy to deal with. On the odd occasion where things have't gone quite to plan they have jumped into action and sorted everything out very quickly. Others could learn from them!

Product knowledge was excellent, really helpful in choosing the colour scheme.
Realised we had to stick to a budget and also exact measurements for the bed were considered due to room size

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The 2 members of staff that assisted me were very professional and knowledgeable. There was no pressure whatsoever just guidance and requested opinions.

Syan was great. Knows her beds and cheerfully showed us all the options to obtain the best bed for us. Great experience and we're sure we'll be very happy with our purchase.

There were many options and Hakan was well knowledged in all the different sofas and materials.

We had a broken foot on a chair, I thought that I would have to find a replacement on the internet. Local FV took details sent it to customer care and they sourced the part. They phoned when they had the part to say they were sending it. They also sent a few more just in case.

We were looking for a sofa with specific measurements and the staff were wonderfully helpful. We are very satisfied with our experience and would definitely recommend this company
