Richard & Darren (delivery team) are a credit to Furniture Village. The delivery arrived on the day agreed and went without a hitch. We are over the moon with our new Chair and can’t thank the team enough!

The delivery was faultless! Arrived earlier than stated which was good and both the boys were careful and considerate with the heavy furniture and placing it. Very impressed

My visit to the store was very pleasant. I was allowed to look round after being greeted by Austin and receiving some initial help but there was no pressure selling. When I was ready to confirm my choice I was guided through the order process and advice give about care of order after delivery. Following my order I was always kept informed about progress. Delivery and set up by Richard and Darren was on time , friendly and efficient. My new sofa looks great.

James and Dan are really nice and polite, build my dining table and chairs in 30c temperatures, never once moaned. Perfect job, well done boys. Thank you so much

What a great pair of chaps to drop off my new Matress! Absolute pleasures. Called me to confirm where my property was as its slightly off road, so its not easy to see if you dont know its there. I ordered the Sloane 3 seater recliner and it was smooth from start to finish. Ordering was easy and staff were super friendly. It was on a 9-11 week wait and it arrived at 9 weeks. Delivery came within my time slot and the delivery team were friendly and put the sofa together quickly and placed it where I wanted it.
