Really disappointed we bought a dining table and 6 chairs. The worst build quality ever and the condition of chairs and table supplied.
Within a year the table has cracks and where they should join the 3 layers of the table there are gaps there also, a manufacture issue and they should of replaced it instead I had to opt for small amount money to try and get a smart repair done. The Chairs had screws missing and caps for the legs which Iam still waiting for. We have bought many times in the last 20yrs but the quality of this purchase is so bad and so was the slow customer service I received it took over 6 months to resolve and I had to accept what they offered, all I wanted was a exchange for the table as there supplier had built a faulty table.

This company was great when they wanted to sell to you. I made two separate orders from them first one for a dining table and 6 chairs this had no problem.
The second order was for 3 wall units a coffee table and 2 side tables. I paid for professional installation from the company. After a while I opened one of the unit doors and it came out in my hands, the door was very heavy so it caused an injury to my foot when I tried to stop it falling. I requested to return the 3 units as I felt the doors were too heavy for the carcass frame. They offered to exchange the damaged one but I wanted all 3 returned. They sent a representative to examine the units on 11th April who found that the doors had not been fitted properly. Furniture village then blamed the installers and the installers blame Furniture village. It has taken 7 months of going backwards and forwards to get no resolution from this company. Considering they have a 2 year guarantee on these items I am disgusted by their customer support.
I am left with a broken unit and 2 others that I am nervous every time I use them.
I WILL NEVER BUY from this company again.

I bought sofa just less than a year the seat becomes faulty I contacted to customer service they said because you purchased it more than 6 months we can not do anything about it!!! How when you tried to sale your product you give so much promises to customers after you don't care about your customers,people please bi careful their customer service is awful and most of their products come from China,I wasted my money and my time,stay away from this company

We came to the Enfield store to buy a bed. Craig Roylance at store was so helpful, patient with us and gave us great advice. The colour for the divan was not coming up on the system during the order but he made sure to note it and then confirm with us the following day to advise it was all ok. In the end, a really great experience.

Craig was amazing and offered me loads of advice on choosing a couch. I must have driven him mad as I couldn't decide, but he was so patient and was very helpful.

The sofa we ordered was originally great, but the cushions (seat and back) essentially disintegrated over the course of eighteen months, which is not what we expected for well over a thousand pounds. Would thoroughly recommend that you avoid buying anything from here.

Sold me a sofa that was sinking in the middle. Refused to do anything about it. Avoid like the plague.

We normally visit Ruislip branch as it is local to us and we where near Brent Cross therefor visited the showroom. We are so glad we did as it is much bigger and lots of variety. We were served by Craig who gave wonderful advice and showed us products according to our requirements. Happy to say we ended up purchasing our new sofa and bar stools and excited to use them when it is delivered.
