Furniture Village - Gateshead レビュー 

Called into the Gateshead store a couple of times while we were researching furniture purchase and met up with Neil on each occasion.

Neil was professional, knowledgeable and attentive but not pushy as some salespeople can be.

After our research was completed we decided on the products we wanted, returned to the store and Neil carried out our furniture order and arranged delivery efficiently and effectively.

Helpful and friendly staff and found what we were looking for fairly quickly

We bought a sofa and a bed and Joanne who helped us was not pushing just let us look round, but when we wanted help Joanne was there she is very knowledgeable about the products and good at what she does and we went home happy.

Absolutely brilliant service …. We were asked if we would like a drink ….. we did make a purchase and the gentleman was fabulous

Out of all the furniture shops in the vicinity furniture village was by far the best experience. Bagged a great deal with Tim also offered tea coffee and cookie for the bairn. Overall a very friendly and pleasant experience.

We spoke with Ammo who was fantastic! A very friendly and intelligent chap who is a delight to converse with and helped us out a lot in our purchase of a settee today.

There was a wide and varied choice of sofas to choose from and many could come in fabric or leather. On entry to the store a salesman approached us, and having ascertained what we were looking for, pointed about the different areas within the showroom he then told us he would not follow us around the store but would be available when we needed him. ( In the previous 2 furniture shops we had visited we had been followed. This made us very uncomfortable.) Having made our choice the salesman took the time to explain add ons without being pushy. An altogether pleasant experience.

Rosie the sales person was great and very helpful in assisting us to pick our new furniture with absolutely no pressure at all !

The service I received today from Anja was incredible - I am a senior leader in banking so have high standards with customer service but Anja was superb not pushy listened to in terms of what I was looking for and found me the most perfect dining suite - so polite friendly and genuine made us feel very valued thank you - you’re very lucky to have an employee like Anja

Sofa arrived with a fault. Told by delivery guys that Furniture Village would contact me in five days or less. It's now been nine days and still no word from them

Joanne was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in both the purchase of a chair and a bed. She made the whole experience very easy.

Friendly and helpful member of staff who was able to locate items we were looking for and ensure that we were satisfied with the products ordered.

Ammo was flexible with our needs and helpful with the products. Left us to it to look around and then was very engaging when we asked questions.

Craig the salesman made the experience for us , he was superb

Customer service was intermittent but we were served well by craig, neil and nick for our order at the end. However I was unable to contact them via phone due to technical issues, and I had to go to the local shop to amend my order.

The guy was so helpful and very pleasant
