I was impressed by the help given by the salespersons and could not ask more of them. They went out of their way to answer my questions.

We have been looking for a sofa for over a year now. We looked at others to compare but never found one we liked as much as the Moet. Neil was excellent as all the way through the experience he's never been pushy. Then after 3 visits to the store in the last 2 weeks and some sound advice from Neil we've decided to go for leather again instead of fabric. Plus advice re the colours to match the Palazo TV unit to satisfy my wife's tastes. So for the price of a small car we have finally ordered what we want without any hassle. Thank you Neil and thank you Furniture Village for keeping the range for that long for us to make our minds up.

Polite efficient and knowledgeable sales person

Polite and professional staff, salesman was very informative without being pushy.

Table and chairs delivered today by a great team. Steve and Kev very helpful and polite with excellent attention to detail. Whole experience of visit to store and purchase also very positive.

Great customer service from Neil, was no pressure from staff which we find was great, he made himself available & was on hand for any information we needed in regards to buying any furniture, down to delivery status & timescales, we were even offered a complimentary coffee while we were deciding which sofa to buy, would definitely recommend & will be returning for future furniture xfor our new home.

bought a new sofa at furniture village at the metrocentre at the weekend, Neil Armstrong introduced himself and let us browse without pestering us, once we choose our sofa we asked Neil to help us with a few things, his knowledge and friendliness was excellent, if you go here for a sofa, ask for Neil you will have a much better experience.

The salesman didn't hover over us and he wasn't pushy, he explained everything well.

The shop is well laid out and has ample free parking.The main thing was that the suites were modern well priced and the Salesman Neil Armstrong was very knowledgeable and not at all pushy but was around when we needed to ask a question,We were made to feel welcome and well looked after throughout the buying process which is hard to come by nowadays.
The suite we chose is just what we were looking for at a good price but great quality.
Overall a great fuss free process with nice approachable members of staff and plenty of choice at great prices locally.

We are awaiting our 2nd order from Furniture Village in the last few weeks. We can't believe how organised and helpful this company is.
You're left to browse at your leisure, then the ordering and delivery of the goods is so professional.

We were very impressed with the layout of the store, the cleanliness and service. On entering we were greeted by Lorne, the customer advisor and we expressed an interest in a quality leather sofa and armchair on offer at a reduced price. Lorne was very friendly, pointed out the features included coil springs and allowed us time to consider a purchase. We left the shop to visit other stores nearby but returned later to make a purchase. We were very impressed with all staff involved including the manager who was very knowledgeable. I can highly recommend this store at the aMetro Centre, Gateshead.
