My husband and I purchased 2 sofas and a snuggler chair today with Paul, he was so helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much and he explained all of our options. Great customer service throughout, thanks Paul!

I would highly recommend your Gillingham Store. Clive was exceptional in his knowledge working from just a set of measurements I gave him.
He wasn’t pushy and gave information I wouldn’t have even thought to ask about.

We had a fantastic experience at Furniture Village in Gillingham. Rana Shakoor was extremely helpful throughout the whole process, taking the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and helping us choose a lovely sofa that perfectly met both our expectations and the size requirements of our room.

There was no pressure to make a decision, and Rana's knowledge and friendly approach made the whole experience enjoyable. He also ensured we could arrange delivery for a date that suited us, which made the process even more convenient.

The deliver boys were helpful and move the furniture in with care and took away all the boxes. Gave us a demonstration and helped with the Bluetooth speakers.
Maybe shoe covers may of been a good idea.

Ordered a Sloane sofa and chair. However the chair and sofa was assessed to a have a manufacturing defect with fabric. After contacting the customer service team to seek a replacement, Jemima was very helpful in arranging this, hence the postive review in light of the intial defects.

The sales consultant, Andy Brown, was excellent. My wife is in a wheelchair and Andy provided us with plenty of coffee and everything we needed to know to make the right choice of new sofas. Thank you for a very enjoyable experience.

Great customer service, explained the whole experience and what will happen asked if there was anything else we were thinking about explanation on what can be added to our choice but not pushing to sell extras.

The showroom is cool and spacious with a good range of sofas, beds and other furniture which is of a better quality than other similar stores. The Sales people do not immediately target you but allow time for browsing. Our Salesman (Asif.) was great, pleasant, knowledgeable and made the purchase process as quick as was possible given the necessary paperwork. He also shared our sense of humour! Overall, Furniture Village remains our first ‘go to’ store.

Alif was absolutely brilliant. He even wheeled a chair from one side of the shop to the other to make sure we felt we were making the right decision! Very friendly, approachable and helpful.

I visited Furniture Village on Saturday 11th July 26 with an intension to buy a new sofa and a dining table. As I entered the store, I was looking around. Then, I saw two staff walking towards me from the back of the store . I approached Alif Qureshi as he was closer to me and that was the beginning of my wonderful experience. I had came in with 3 children. The first he did was to engage the children. Alif took them to the refreshment area and served them chocolate and ice cream. I was pleased. Having took with me the measurements of my old chairs at home, Alif helped me to find a perfect size for both 3 and 2 seaters and dinning table. He was very patient and advised on colour, quality, functions etc. Having mentioned about my poor experience with DFS, Alif refused to bad mouth his competitor but focused on the great services they offer. Also, his sense of humour was second to none. We chose a great products together, paid £4500 and I must say I can't wait for the delivery of my products though the settees delivery would take about 3 months.
A big thanks to Alif for great customer service. I will definitely recommend Furniture Village though this is my first time of shopping with you. I left the store happy and the bonding with Alif made me feel as if we've been friends for a long time. A very happy customer, Ade
