Exceptional service and assisted just as required. James Jay) was very knowledgeable and it was reassuring to be assisted by someone genuinly wanting to get the right product for us and give us confidence that we chose the right one. Brian reconfirmed that our choice was the right one. My husband and I didnt expect the level of service the staff provided and it really was an unexpected pleasure to have gone into this store in Hillington today.

First rate customer service, knowledgable and friendly staff. James made our family feel very welcome and helped us with the product we were looking for. Couldn’t recommend more highly and being dog friendly was an added bonus

The salesman, Derek (with Specs) was extremely helpful. The sideboard I wanted had been discontinued but he went the extra mile and found one, at half the price, in the warehouse. I am delighted. In December 2025 I bought a dinning table and chairs and the salesman then, Ross was equally as helpful. Your customer service is brilliant.

Ross Jenkins was super helpful in helping us find the right sofa and lovely to chat to! The leadtime is taking longer than expected but we're very excited to receive our new sofa.

Calum was very knowledgeable about the beds we looked at. He showed us samples of the material and colours available to choose from as we didn’t like the colour of the bed in the showroom.

Jay(James) has helped us recently with a few purchases , always happy and goes above and beyond to help, recommmend a visit to him if thinking of purchasing , nothing ever too much for him to help with

Flty item delivered twice and after service a disgrace

We visited the Hillington store in Glasgow in April to purchase some dining room furniture. Two of the items we purchased were floor models being sold off in the sale. As these were in immaculate condition we made the decision to purchase these and an order was placed for our other items. We received our delivery on 4 August 2026 and the glass curio is dented, chipped and scratched. I contacted Furniture Village’s aftercare team and spoke with Khadija who was very friendly and helpful. I have emailed photos we had taken when we saw the item and photos of the item now in situ and are awaiting a response. My three star review does not reflect the service I have received from the Customer Service agent but the disappointment at the damage that has been done to this piece of furniture. I will wait to see how Furniture Village will deal with this matter.

26 August Update
After several emails and phone calls was being told they were leaving me messages which was not happening on my phone. Have been advised they don’t offer a service to repair the damaged cabinet and I can either get a £250 refund or return the item.

Furniture Village aftercare service is shocking. Happy enough to take your money but have had to chase them for over 3 weeks and their options aren’t satisfactory given we have the matching sideboard……

Quick job, excellent service.

The store has a great variety and amazing customer service, in particular Jay was very helpful in the selection of our sofa. Highly recommend
