Very good customer service

i’ve got great attention from Costa. He was patient informative and very professional. It made me on this occasion. Make the right choice of sofa. I couldn’t ask for more.

John in Guildford is excellebt. I have not yet taken delivery so can only speak to the sales advice and service.

We went in looking for a sofa and were overwhelmed by the variety of choices. John approached us and was very helpful in guiding us and giving us all the information that we needed. He was very friendly and patient, and we ended up buying a corner sofa on the spot! It was a great and enjoyable experience, thanks to John who was not only very knowledgeable and experienced but also quite funny!

One sofa arrived damaged. It's been 3 working days and none has contacted us to discuss a replacement. We have been bombarded with review requests though - so here it is!
Very disappointing!

I’ve made many purchases from this well trusted company for many years and the service from Luke and his team have always been outstanding. Always happy to help and give great service.

Our 2 beds were delayed for weeks due to a change in supplier that caused the whole order to be restarted. Delivery promised and reschedule three times with more delay. When the final bed arrived the factory had not put the brackets for the feet on. We are still awaiting the promised service call to have them come install them. At least the fitting crews were great, Luke and Paddy very professional and as helpful as possible. Don't think we would use them again.

Ordered two sofa beds and two bed bases, Konstantinos could not be more helpful, he showed me all the various types of sofa beds in the store taking time to explain each one. he was very knowledgeable on all the items and could not have been more helpful. First class customer service. Made the experience pleasurable. Would definitely buy from Furniture Village again.

INFORMATIVE SALES PERSON WHO LEFT US ALONE TO WANDER ROUND SHOP AND THEN WAS HELPFUL WHEN WE FOUND A SOFA WHICH WE THEN PURCHASED.

From the start the sales advice we received was excellent we were very sceptical as we purchased our previous suit from SCS and it was supposed to be top of the range and turned out to be very uncomfortable Gary at the Guildford branch for Furniture Village new exactly what we needed and we are very pleased with the suit we bought

All the staff we met at the Guildford branch were very professional and knowledgeable about the sort of sofa that we needed no pressure what so ever. Once we had decided on the cinema sofa Dave went through the technical details and care also when the sofa would be expected to be delivered. Would definitely recommend this branch especially Dave

My replacement bed came today after the first had many defects, the guys unwrapped the headboard to check and yet again lots of marks over the material , the material had also been damaged.
Extremely annoyed as this is the second time.
Now having to wait for the arrangement of collection for the first bed to be returned to the warehouse which will leave me with no bed,
then to wait for my refund.
I have just come out of hospital after a long stay to this stressful time .
Not good enough at all

I bought the painting since two and half month in Guildford retail. they haven't delivery the painting even i chase them many time. Finally i want to refund and go to Guildford retail, They lie on me they have finished the refund and should get all refund in two days. and i go to the retail they said they haven't process the refund and they lie to me again that they will process it. Up to now i still haven't get my refund. I have gone to the retail 4 times and phone to them many time in order to solve the problem, it is ridiculous that i still haven't get it solve.

Colin and Paddy were the amazing team that delivered and installed our lovely new sofa today. Their arrival time was prompt and tracked. They were so polite and courteous from start to finish with helpful tips in the process…a credit to Furniture Village. We love our new sofa and hope the standard of wear will be as impressive as the buying and delivery processes.

Iain McPhee was brilliant all throughout. First came to FV a few weeks back to look at some new dining furniture and sofa. Iain took the time to guide us through the different stock and understand our needs. We found what we needed and really liked but wanted to consider. He gave us some quotes and we went home. We ultimately came back today and put our orders in. Fantastic staff member, very attentive, helpful and really nice! Thanks Iain :)

Love furniture village always the friendliest staff and so helpful no matter how long we take or how many times we visit. Thanks to Iain for being so patient and bubbly. Loved the hot chocolate and cookies too. We can’t wait for our new sofas to arrive. Thanks again.

Iain was extremely knowledgeable, flexible and accommodating. When placing our order after several changes nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended
